We try to get down to this spot once a year. It has that old Florida feel and it is truly a gem. Bob is an excellent VRBO host - very attentive and responds quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is cute and the locals are relaxed and friendly. There are nearby amenities (grocery store, restaurants, etc.) and lots of museums and natural areas to visit, in addition to being walking distance from Gulfstream Park.

We had a great time here, the cottage is as advertised. Amazing location, BEACH - A-1 Host! WiFi worked for remote jobs. Really tall people maybe uncomfortable- but husband is is 6’ 1”, and we are looking forward to coming back!

Great beachside bungalo that is spot on as stated. Very clean, parking is a little tight on the property but still easily able to maneuver a 7 passenger SUV in n out. Depending on how you’re getting there, do follow Bobs directions once on A1A as GPS maps miss the turn. Bob is accommodating and responds quickly. Would highly recommend!

This was our second time renting Bob's cottage. We will rent again! Perfect for the two of us and love the beach!

An amazing experience. A beautiful beach down the path, a convenience store next door, an electric recliner in front of a giant screen tv. The cabin is decorated in a nautical theme and has everything, even suggestions of places to visit and excellent restaurants to eat at. We loved it - simply perfect.

We love staying at the “yellow house.” It has that relaxed, old Florida feel and is just steps to the beach. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly and the area is beautiful. There is a deli and surf shop next to the property so you can take care of your daily needs without having to drive anywhere. It’s definitely a place to just relax, grill, hang out at the beach, and spend some time reconnecting with family and friends. If you are the adventurous type, the surf shop next door offers lessons for any age.

The stay was great. However, I feel like with the showers being as small as they are that I was slightly mislead as to what we were booking. Access to the property was extremely tight with a full size truck and at times the alley way is blocked. Small cars are just fine though and have no problems getting through. The location of the property is great and the property itself was well decorated and had everything we needed asides from the tiny showers.

Communication was fantastic. Location was perfect. The interior decor was well done. The patio is amazing. What was there not to love?!? Even the anole were cute!

This place is great, master bed comfortable,everything you could need there, good communication if any issues, short walk to a not crowded beach loved the covered carport-patio would highly recommend

This was the perfect little beach house for us! We loved hanging out on the patio, which was like an extra family room for us and we spent most of our time out there. It is super easy to get to the beach and the house had all of the beach things we needed. A cart, boogie boards, snorkels and towels. We loved our vacation and will be back!

What i expected and would return in again.

Spent Christmas here. Had an absolutely wonderful time. The cottage is great, perfect for what we wanted and needed. The neighborhood is very, very friendly, and you must go to the deli market and the surf shop! Pretty much everything you need. The ocean is a block away and it’s a private beach. Thanks Bob! We will be back.

The location, including the short walk to the beach through a lovely, quiet neighborhood can't be beat! The beach is beautiful, clean and was not very busy in December compared to nearby beaches such as Delray, which get very crowded. The bungalow is super cute and was spotlessly clean. All amenities were included. Communication with the host was excellent and timely. We had an amazing stay at Bob's Bungalow and hope to return one day! Highly recommend.

Very clean. All the basic indoor amenities and loved that there were beach chairs and boogie boards to use. Outdoor space and outdoor shower was great. Loved the hammock! Good location. Will return!

My Husband & I were looking for a relaxing & private getaway from our stressful life and we found it! This Cottage had everything you need plus more! First impressions, it’s small but soon as we opened the door we realized we found a winner. Very clean, comfortable & charming. Fully stocked with everything needed from towels to beach chairs, umbrellas & toys. Kitchen was nicely done with newer appliances & all the tools to cook a meal. Covered Outdoor patio with comfy furniture where we enjoyed a glass of wine every night.. All this with-in walking distance of a beautiful private beach. We truly had a relaxing stay! Thank you Bob for sharing your special Gem!

Our second time staying here and each time is better due to the new updates which Bob provides. Kick back in the super comfy couch-recliner and enjoy the huge new TV! Also a 2 minute round-trip walking out the door, and you are back with whatever grocery item or fresh deli breakfast or lunch item you need. Not to mention the quick walk to the beach with chairs and toys provided... need I say more?

We loved everything about the beach cottage. The people that lived and worked near it were all very friendly. It was a short walk to a quiet beach. The home was clean and well supplied with anything you might need. Bob was so easy to communicate with! We hope to come back soon!

We loved this property. It was close to an uncrowded beach, very clean, decor was great. Comfy couch and bed. I would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Loved the beach

Bob’s cottage was so cute, clean and cozy. Just a quick walk to the beach. The property is also right behind a deli which was great for picking up beer, wine and snacks. I will definitely be coming back!!

Second time for us at this house. Had a wonderful time. Very clean. Owner very easy to reach with questions.

First, booking the property was very easy and the property manager, Bob reached out quickly to inquire about our upcoming stay and how he may be of assistance.Second, check in went very smoothly. Bob sent a message as soon as the cottage was ready (it was done earlier than expected!) We were able to easily find the house with Bob's directions and getting inside was very easy.The house itself is not glamourous, but was exactly as described. Two bedrooms, two baths with a small office space in the bunk room, dining/living area and kitchen. The outdoor space was a nice extension of the house and we ate many meals outside and used the hammock to relax, read and nap! The property was clean. The kitchen had plenty of basic items- pots, pans, dishes, etc. The house has the basics needed for the beach- snorkeling gear, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The house is truly less than 5 minutes from the beach and we spent lots of time lounging, looking for shells and enjoying the ocean!The house is also less than 5 minutes from a Publix grocery store which was also very convenient.Bob was very accessible during our stay via text.Overall, I was very pleased with everything and my family (my husband, myself, twin 8 year olds and a 4 year old) loved our time there and my husband is already talking about a return trip!

Excellent host, clear directions and instructions. Very comfortable and clean house with lots of "extras" (beach chairs, grill, hammock, videos, books and lots more). 300 steps to great beach.
