Great place.. outdoor area the BEST!

The property was absolutely perfect for our rather large group. Everything was clean and easy to find, the recommendations from the Host were wonderful, and the backyard / pool area was prime. I highly recommend anyone considering this property to book it. 10/10 experience through and through, would come back again!!!

My recent trip was great. The house and property was clean. I was able to get in touch with the property manager very easily. The water heater wasn’t working when we arrived and they sent someone early the next morning to fix it. Greatly appreciated!

Spacious property, generally, well maintained and close to many amenities , beaches, highway to Miami and FLL airport. Neighborhood is quiet and well equipped for relaxing. Bram and Maria were professional, nice and very responsive to requests. Overall we loved our stay!!

Bram was such an awesome host. Any questions or concerns I had he took care of it immediately with no hesitation. I will definitely stay at one of his locations again!

Please don’t stay at this house, the house was not clean, the bathroom was dirty the dishes were dirty the refrigerator had hair and and dead roaches and the AC went out and the hostess representative was very rude to us and told us to check out and he wasn’t going to fixed the AC

I’ve never experienced a host so incredibly responsive. We had a couple of questions about the property on operation of the hot tub and other things. Bram took care of it immediately. His staff was amazing! First impression of property is that it is an older home that is renovated for rental. Flooring in the place is mostly tile with very artistic qualities. There are a few dings in the flooring but that is not concerning. Just beautiful! Electronic entry for the cottage and house. Heated pool and hot tub was wonderful. The outdoor sitting area was simply amazing those wanting to be out of the sun. That was so practical for our group of 8. The pool had a small plaster section that requires repair but no big deal. There are a few minor repairs that could be done but nothing major that would prevent us from having a great time. The place could accommodate our 80+ year old parents with no problem. The pool room was fun for us at night despite not being pool players. Having many bathrooms in the house helped so much when we had to get ready for our reservations. The coffee maker has to go! We had coffee grounds in our coffee every morning despite efforts to prevent the issue. The host had a Kuereg machine there for an alternative. We had a delay in our flight and the host allowed us to stay a little longer which was a great help. Overall we loved our vacation and would definitely stay here again in Bram’s properties. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wish we had more time to just enjoy the property, but were always on the go. Great location. Plenty of parking. Felt safe. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Listing was accurate.nice slightly older home. The layout of the house and casitas was perfect for our group. You could have privacy or be together. The outdoor area really brought everything together-From the covered lanai with ample seating, pool and hot tub right there, outdoor dining area with grill(we didn’t grill or cook). We utilized almost every area of the house. Kitchen seemed well stocked for cooking and entertaining at home. Beds were very comfy, air conditioner worked well. Close to restaurants, Bram was responsive, and his recommendations were great. Perfect for 10 people. My adult children and husband stayed in the house and our 2 older couple friends took the outdoor casita rooms. Worked out great. Highly recommend.
