The condo was PERFECT! It truly exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved everything about it. The Hollywood beach area is perfect for families during spring break. Not overly crowded. The pool and beach access was so easy. The condo had everything we needed. Multiple chairs to bring to the beach, towels, and even a cooler. The view from the balcony was awesome. I’m hoping to rent this condo again next spring! I recommend using Uber instead of renting a car if you’re just sticking to the Hollywood area. Traffic is a bit heavy, so it was easy and more convenient to just Uber around.

Great communication from the owner. The location was wonderful, as we could walk out the back of the property and onto the beach. Nice views from the 16th floor, although being on the main street resulted in lots of traffic noise at all hours. The windows don't shut out any of the noise, including cars, dogs, sirens, and even the wind so bring ear plugs or white noise! Lots of room to relax in, and the kitchen was plenty big to make various meals. Plenty of glasses, dishes and utensils, but all mismatched which reminded us of college life! Rest of kitchen was fully stocked, along with the bathrooms and beach towels and gear. Parking is only valet at $10/day plus tips. Would recommend this place for a nice beach get-a-way at a reasonable price for the Hollywood area.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The host was very thorough providing us all the information in advance of our stay and answering any question we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property . The unit had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels.

First time to that area of Florida. Property was clean and host was very easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Only drawback was pool was shaded by the buildings around it for good portion of the day but we also were there late November. We just stayed by the beach for longer sun time. Other than that nice condo.

Was a wonderful and beautiful stay!! The Condo was Amazing Inside and Out. The View was spectacular!! Wow!! From the Pool, Valet, Beach front access, Restaurants and stores near by, it was a Great Place all around for a Family Vacation!! The Hosts were always so Kind!! Can't wait Todo it Again!!!

The property was just how the pictures represented it. Everything was clean and tidy. Yogesh was a pleasure to work with and provided quick answers to any questions we had. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at the beach.

The property is located in a beautiful area. It has a part ocean view and another on the beautiful Ocean Drive. We even watched the kids on the beach from the balcony. The personnel were amiable. The grocery shopping is within walking distance: Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publix Starbucks, and more. The ocean drive takes you to Miami Beach south and Fort Lauderdale north. Yogesh, please buy new Kitchenware, like different pans and pots. Yours are a little old. I highly recommend this place; by the way, we were a family of 5.

I have been looking at this property over 2 weeks before I booked it. I have read all the reviews and there was over a 100 of them. They all said the same thing very nice, clean, convenient to places, and friendly. We had no worries. All this is very true. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for letting us have such a great time at the beach.

The owner made it extra special. We had cold water in the fridge and snacks on the table for kids which they loved especially when we arrived late. The place had absolutely everything needed for the beach. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for kids, surf board, you name it. Also, the owner let us check out very late which was incredible. Thank you for making it special!

We had a great time! The property is as described / seen in pictures. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Communication with Yogesh was efficient. He was nice to offer us an early check in as the property was not rented, he provided bottles of water, snacks and even a bottle of wine which we thoroughly enjoy! Access to the pool and the beach is easy. The beach was pristine, we enjoyed it a lot when the rain gave us the chance. We went to Las Terrazas in the Hyde besides Sian; good service and decent food. We also went to Patagonia, an argentinian caffeteria across the street, with yumi desserts, empanadas and beef.

Good fit for our family of 6! Pros: Excellent communication with host. Willing to go above and beyond to help us have a great experience. Valet parking - inexpensive, relaible, and professional Pool - great for kids! Location - very central! We easily checked out Hollywood, Davia, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale during our long weekend visit! Things to know: Unit needs a deep clean - little things that add up to just feeling like it needs some love. More importantly, though, the one issue we brought to the host’s attention was handled without issue and within 24 hours. Very professional and gracious host!

Came with my 4 little ones, one being an infant. Plenty of space. Toys in house and some great beach stuff. Short manageable walk to beach. Very very responsive host which was huge for me as I was nervous about renting. Photos are accurate to the property. Beautiful view too!

Our family had a nice stay the week before Christmas. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and was able to accommodate us with early check in and late check out. The condo building is a bit older but 16A had everything we needed for the week. Five of us stayed and were happy to have the second bedroom, half bath and a full kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking with a full size fridge with filtered water. Great views from the balcony and easy access to the beach directly from the building. There was beach gear we used for free, and although some of it was run down, it was nice to have. The living room set up was very spacious with a great couch and chaise lounge and the tv had all the apps so we could watch movies! We had a two year old with us and there were books and a high chair that made it easy to entertain him. The valet was easy and the elevators worked good. The gym equipment was a bit run down but we managed. This is an affordable, family friendly place to stay!

Property was great for my young family. Lots of little indoor toys and beach toys. The inside of the condo was clean and well maintained. The fact that the tvs had all the apps loaded was a great bonus. There had apparently been recent renovations as the photos don’t match the decor/paint/backsplash but that said it all looked great; just different than expected. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The balcony view was awesome. I wish there had been more bath towels provided, but we made it work(came with 6 bath towels for 4 people on a seven night stay) Something that came as a bit of surprise was that the valet fee is $10 per night of your stay to be paid up front, I was under the impression that it was $10 total. Then every time we came and went we were tipping the valet so that added up quickly to an additional cost we hadn’t accounted for. Last important note is the community (front loader) washer machines that are available for use down the hall were absolutely disgusting (the rubber seals were loaded with gross mildew/gunk); I did inform yogesh and was responsive and he said he’d inform the hotel management. But I felt it important for future travelers to be aware of this. Had I known the state of the washer machines I would have just packed extra clothes and opted out of using the machines. All that said, I would definitely stay here again and would also recommend friends and family to stay here as well!

This condo was perfect for a short ocean getaway! Checkin process was quick and easy, condo was exactly what we expected. The owner did a fantastic job of communicating with us before, during and after our stay. He provided us with detailed information about shopping, dining and entertainment in the area. View of the ocean from out balcony was gorgeous. Would stay at this property again!

The girls and I did not want anything while staying in the Condo. First, the owner was available and provided all the information for our stay. The condo was clean and spacious. The view from balcony was beautiful. And most of all the beds were very comfortable. And to top it all off, the owner provided a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks. The condo was just as expected based on the listing and the owner was very responsive. The unit is clean, quiet & the beds are comfy. The balcony views are beautiful from the beach to the intracoastal. Walmart, Starbucks, grocery, etc. are a short walk away. We really enjoyed the Hyde next door, their Happy Hour on the 9th floor will not disappoint. Great food & atmosphere. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
