Excellent location, beautiful scenery. The condo was very nice and clean and great host. My wife and family were impressed with the condo, pool, hot tub, private beach and the list goes on…The place and location are wonderful and would recommend for others to stay. The owner, Kathy was in contact to ensure all is well with our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location! Short walk to Smathers beach. Everything was laid out and in it's place in the condo. The place had everything we needed!

Everything was clean and wonderful. Anything you could want was located in the condo. Construction outside the window was loud annoying.

Pool area was great. It was unfortunate that the beach area was under construction, but other beaches were nearby.

We had the best time! The unit was exactly as the photos stated. Close to Smathers Beach and Duvall! The owner was awesome to deal with, even sending us a complete list of recommended places to go and things to do! You do not find many people so easy to deal with that actually go our of their way to assure you have a great vacation! Will definitely be booking next year at the same place.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! Highly recommended! Beautiful pool, close to beaches and a quick ride down to Duval st. for shopping, bars, and restaurants!! Would definitely stay here again! Condo has everything you need!

This location is amazing! The property grounds are beautiful. The pool is a really great size plenty of space and chairs for everyone. The rooms themselves are very spacious. We had plenty of everything! The bathroom had plenty of towels toilet paper soaps hairdryer and more. The walk in shower and jacuzzi tub were amazing! The beds had a lot of linens and pillows. The kitchen had everything you could think to cook and serve a meal. I really appreciated all the extra things that were there like beach towels and beach chairs. Kathy was an amazing host and was sooo helpful. Book this asap!

Great location and the view of the ocean from the pool was the best. The nature preserve next door was neat as we could walk and see blue crabs.

Group of 5 women retired on a long weekend. The place was perfect very well stocked and then some. Easy check in easy to contact overnight quick to respond and more than helpful. I would definitely stay again. 5 stars +

Our first time in Key West and this place was an excellent choice! The house was spacious, comfortable and clean, we had everything we needed during our stay. The hot tub and pool area were especially nice!

The unit is very well stocked. Best I’ve ever seen in renting condos. Beds are very comfortable and unit very clean and spacious. Loved the pool area - quite large. Although the beach directly in front of the complex wasn’t a true swimmers beach, we had fun finding sea glass on the shore and wading with and watching the fish. A more traditional beach was just minutes away. So appreciated how proactive Kathy was in her communications and provided a great list of local Key West restaurants and bars. To sum up - a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Great space for 5 of us, including a 6 year old whose swimming improved dramatically over the 4 day. Beds super comfortable. No bugs! Great birding from the balcony!

This condo unit was very nice. Both bathrooms were updated. We really liked that the 2nd bedroom had a double bed and a twin bed. Everything was well stocked. We didn’t have to go out and buy toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc., midway through our vacation!!!
The pool and hot tub are fantastic. The pool overlooks the ocean! Our teens enjoyed the ping pong table in the rec room.

It was extremely spacious,the beds were comfortable & there was nothing lacking. The proximity to Smathers beach was great! You can walk there. We loved ALL the beach equipment. Kathy is an attentive host! She responds to questions promptly. She wants her guests to enjoy their stay in Key West which is apparent by all her great suggestions. Thank you Kathy for a spectacular vacation! We really hope to be back one day : )

Quiet, great pool and hot tub. Very large, comfortable rental unit with just a sliver of ocean view. Not much close but good Uber service in Key West. Owners respond quickly if renters need to contact them.

My husband and I live in Indiana, my sister and her husband live in California so we met up in Ley West for NYE 2024! It was a great stay, we loved having the bikes to get around but not being right in the heart of all the action all the time. The beach was walkable but our favorite spot was by the private pool at the condo. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the unit was large. We were very comfortable!

We stayed at this property for a week in August. The property exceeded expectations! It was super clean, the kitchen is fully stocked to prepare any meal with plenty of glasses and plates. Lots of extras everywhere from beach chairs to bikes to cotton balls! The pool is wonderful and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. We didn't need anything from Kathy, but I knew she was available if anything came up.

Kathy was in contact with me the whole time. Check in was smooth and easy and the condo was beautiful! I would recommend this place to everyone.
The pool is big and the people were friendly. Only regret, we didn't book it long enough.

We had such a wonderful time in Key WEst! This was our first experience on the Island. It was fabulous!! Great pool, wonderful location and perfect size condo for our weeklong visit! The bikes were great along with the snorkel equipment. Highly recommend staying at this property!!

We loved everything about this place. Unit was all up to date and well equipped - anything we needed was there! Beds are comfy, linens good quality,lanai perfect for breakfast and drinks in the evening. Owner very easy to communicate with. Location is right along the water - pool area is amazing. You’re far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of Key West so that you can relax and everything is less than a 10 minute Uber away!
