This beach house was amazing!! The house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need while on vacation! Easy check in, private development with security, quiet time at 11pm, kitchen is fully stocked, beds are so comfortable, outside shower after the beach was perfect (especially with a 2 year old), washer and dryer, and screened in patio that overlooks water with geese and ducks that our daughter LOVED every time we were home. The pictures of this house are wonderful but do not compare to how wonderful and homey it felt. This beach house felt like home while we stayed! Carol was amazing and sent us detailed information we would need before we stayed. Our family would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful beach home! We would definitely stay here again! We had an amazing time this year. Property was exactly as advertised and owners were very responsive. Had a wonderful week and am planning to return next year. Only thing that would have made trip better if golf cart would have been included in rental:)

This home is just perfect for a family vacation. It sits on a little lake, we fed turtles, and though the property is full of other homes, it was so quiet and serene. The house was very cozy and all stocked up for a perfect vacation!

The property was very nice and well maintained. And the property owner was great to deal with. She met all the prearranged timelines, was flexible and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. It was great “no hassle” experience, which you want in a vacation home.

Working with the property owner was extremely easy and pleasant. Property location and ammenties were really convenient.

We absolutely had the best vacation staying here! Every morning we would drink our coffee on the screened porch over-looking the lake. We enjoyed watching the ducks and geese. We did some fishing, swimming, golf cart riding, and soaking in the sun on the beach! The house was perfect size with awesome outdoor shower! The washer and dryer were definitely a plus! The community was quiet and very relaxing. The location was the best! Right across the street from a grocery store, The flea market and Wild Water Wheels waterpark. Great restaurants in the area as well. The owner was amazing! She answered every question I had very promptly and was awesome to work with. I would definitely stay here again! We did not want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean. It looked just like the pictures. The screened in porch was great!! We loved watching the swans and geese on the pond and in the yard. The outside shower was clean and really came in handy after our days on the beach. The showers inside even had great water pressure! Carol was great to work with and always responded quickly to all my questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Our stay here was great. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Carol was great at communicating back and forth with and answered any questions we had about the stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Carol's house. Oceanside village was a very nice and quiet community. We enjoyed the pool and the golf cart rides to the beach. The best part about Carol's house is the outdoor shower! We all took turns everyday showering in there, it was amazing. The house has everything you need, very clean and spacious. It was my family of 4 and my sister's family of 3. Plenty of room. Will stay here again!

The house was nice, and the fishing pond, pools were a plus. The private beach parking lot was crowded but if you do not have a golf cart you can get a spot easily if you are there by 10:30 am. Over all we enjoyed this property and vacation very well. We had one issue but the home owner handled it with quickness and efficiency! We are pleased and would use this property again!

We stayed in a house within Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach. The house was wonderful and very clean and well kept. It had a screenshot in porch over looking the canal. We rented a golf cart and used it to get around in the village. Conch Cafe Restaurant was very good. This is part of the village. The area was very easy to get around and had many places to choose from or drive to Murrells Inlet, about 4-5 miles down the road. We would definitely stay here again.

Someone was scamming out this property and got me and my family ! We showed up being told they would meet with the keys and no one came ! We went to the office of the gated community and we were told that we were definitely scammed because the real listed owner was different than the one that messaged us about the property. This house was available anyway tho they said cause the owners were not there and we were so hopeful we would still have a place to stay after driving 6 1/2 hours only to find out what we did ! After being on the phone with carol the actual owner trying to get a price for us to stay during this horrific time of already being out $400 but she wanted to charge us almost $800 for 3 nights and it wasn’t even gonna be rented anyway ! The gated community guy not sure his name was so nice and even offered to pay her cleaning fee for her cause he had seen how very upset we were and with a 3 year old and 11 month old it was someone’s worst nightmare. Carol showed zero compassion about it and all she was worried about was how much she was gonna get out of the deal which I get but our situation was so different and I was so heartbroken we could have really used a break and a good hearted person that day ! So we wasn’t gonna stay for that price after already being out $400. The office tried to find us another place to stay that was even available and there wasn’t any so we drove home broken hearted with very emotional kids and I’m still depressed over the whole thing I would recommend the community but I’m unsure about this rental
