My sister and I stayed here for a weekend conference and it we perfect! The location was great, property was clean and welcoming. Check in and out was seamless. Karin was an amazing host!

Nice location not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but close to every thing that we needed. We enjoyed the property and would go back.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 very solid stars is that there is very little soundproofing in the unit. We had no problem on Sunday or Monday but our first night (Saturday) we could hear every voice, and with wooden flooring in the unit above us I was convinced that the people in the unit above had violated the no pets policy by bringing a T Rex in stilettos. The unit itself is wonderful. Clean as a whistle, wonderfully located (we could view Dollywood fireworks from our balcony), very charmingly decorated, and the management/owner was very responsive to questions.

We really enjoyed our visit. When we ran into an issue it was handled in a timely fashion. The owner and cleaner were very prompt with response to questions and our needs for extra towels. Very polite and professional.

This property is exactly as pictured when advertised. The cabin was very clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Let me start off by saying for the price it’s not bad at all, if there wasn’t so many add ons involved with rented places it priced well. I would enjoy a tad more privacy and an hot tub, but overall it’s a nice small place if your going there to visit the city and not stay at the condo a lot. Overall though I would rent here again for sure

Our stay had occasional noise from above us (people dropping heavy things, etc.) but overall our stay was excellent!! The location of the rental was perfect and the view was wonderful. We even got engaged while on our get-away here so this unit will always have special meaning to us!! :)

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The cabin is clean, even nicer than it appears in the pictures, and the hosts are very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vibe not too far outside the National Park!

We spent 4 days in this cute "little cabin" condo. We were beyond impressed and enjoyed our stay. From how clean it was to the coziness feel of it. If we ever come back to Pigeon Forge, this will definitely be our go to!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in the lower unit, the only complaint is the noisy upstairs unit. You can hear every step upstairs, and conversations. Other than that no complaints. Clean, comfy bed. Great location to everything in pigeon forge.

We liked the place, it was in a great location. The only complaints were the walls were thin so the first know we got no sleep due to kids running in the unit above us and we never found the hottub. The nightly fireworks were definitely a huge plus though.

I booked this on Tuesday August 24, 2021 prior to jeep invasion. We left on the 25th from Florida. While traveling, my wife started reading the reviews and saw that this cabin has several steep stairs to get in it. We never saw that in the description just that it was a lower unit. While this is a lower unit, it is underneath the ground level unit. We immediately notified the owners that I am handicap and unable to do large amounts or steep stairs. The owner said they weren't steep that we should look at them first even though it would be late getting there. After seeing them, we notified the owners that I would be unable to enter the cabin and that we had to get a hotel room. They have flat out refused to r,efund our money and have been very rude from the start. Thei reason for refusing is that they didn't have time to rent it again although we notified them early enough they could have. We went back to the listing and it has a mention of 15 stairs now although they told us only 10 and still doesn't mention how steep they are.

A quiet, clean and enjoyable retreat for the end of full days about town. Thoughtful additions like a grill on the porch and safety stripping on the stairs were appreciated. Apartment connects if space for larger parties is needed. Would definitely stay again

My daughter and I had a wonderful time staying here. There were a couple of places where the wallpaper was peeling, but that isn't a big deal to us.

It was difficult carrying the luggage and food down the steep stairs. It was a small but comfy and cozy cabin. I would definitely stay again.

I love the location the Privacy I will stay in a cabin again if one is available when I decide to come.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The check in and out was easy. The only thing I would say this is a lower unit and if there are heavy feet upstairs you will hear them. Keep that in mind that everyone is on vacation. Overall amazing.

Overall rating for Havens Rest is 4 stars for a few reasons. Great place to stay as far as location in relation to sites and activities in Pigeon Forge, clean upon arrival and most everything notated in the description was correct. One thing that was failed to be communicated was the staircase in the lower unit that connects it to the upstairs unit - I am guessing at one point they were one, but have been separated to rent out both spaces, separately. The staircase was a huge surprise that we were not expecting. The door was locked with a type of lock that required a key, so it wasn’t unsafe, just something we were not prepared for, not to mention there was a huge space, about 2 inches, between the bottom of the door and the floor and you could hear lots of noise from the upper unit. One thing to commend this rental on is the bed - SUPER comfortable and so were the pillows! One other thing that would be out of anyone’s control was the noise level - the renters in the upper unit above us stayed awake tromping throughout the unit until the early hours of the morning making it difficult to sleep.

Cute duplex style cabin. Studio apartment very cozy....cleanliness was basic, items found from previous guest behind furniture....other than that the location is great and near attractions and main strip great Mountain View and it was very quiet. We stayed an extra day....No full kitchen but nice mini fridge grill and microwave that we didn’t get a chance to use... I would stay here again.

This property was super clean and a really nice location. We enjoyed our stay the only problem with no reflection on the property was the upstairs partiers were super noisy. Which this was stated and again no reflection on the unit itself. The bed being an iron bed was really noisy at night it would wake us up when one of us turned over or moved. We are both light sleepers so that might not be a problem with someone who is a heavy sleeper. You could tell the room had been closed up because it had a small mildew smell when you first walked in but after being in there awhile it went away. Other then that this place was super clean and had a great time.
