First time ever at a property that was exactly what it said it was. Absolutely beautiful condo! Very nicely stocked with plenty of EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Every interaction was kind and positive

With plenty of useful and timely communication from the property, arrival was easy and efficient. Our accommodations were perfect for our needs with easy access to the beach and a lovely beach view. Even in April when the weather can be tricky, we maximized our time outside with family time inside the condo. Very kid friendly and check out was equally easy as checkin. 5 stars!

For the first time ever, we decided to do a Christmas away from home (primarily induced by COVID) and are we glad we did!!! Property was very clean - like amazingly clean. Description of the property was spot-on. We would stay again for sure! Great location within walking distance to everything Folly Beach has to offer - restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores. One minor suggestion: please provide more garbage bags for kitchen trash/recycling and kitchen towels for dishes. Other than that, we had everything we needed. It was a great way to spend a holiday with family.

Very well appointed condo that was clean and well maintained. Photos on website are very accurate as to furnishings. Easy access to beach. Nice, well furnished balcony overlooking ocean. Only issue is that blankets were of poor quality. All three bedrooms need blanket upgrade. If you stay at Folly Beach you will definitely need a car. Uber service is poor and we had to scramble to get a transfer to the airport. Restaurants in Folly Beach are average. Basic beach food. Much better options in town, but you have a bit of a drive to access. Would opt for cooking in if we come back for a longer stay. Would definitely rent this unit again when we return.

We took a family trip, getting our toddler together with his grandparents. Great fit for all of us. Perfect location, the ocean view from the balcony is great and it’s easy to run back and forth from the beach to the condo. We’d definitely stay again.

Unit 223 is a beautiful condo! It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, organized, and well-stocked. The views from the balcony are gorgeous. We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay and walked to nearby shops and restaurants. We definitely plan to visit again and stay in this wonderful unit!

Great condo. Super well appointed with supplies, especially the kitchen! Pics and condition were accurate. I did tell rental agency, the building itself, outside of the condo, could use a good power-washing, so when you arrive, don’t be freaked out by the cleanliness of the stairwell and elevator. Also, the wind cuts through the slider doors, so if anyone is a light sleeper, earplugs are recommended for master bed and sofa sleepers. The rental agency is very responsive and helpful. We would rent this condo again. Very comfortable for six adult sized people.

We had a wonderful time in your Villa! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of linens provided. The Villa is incredibly close to downtown. We walked everywhere. No need for any transportation! It was truly wonderful and relaxing.

Very nice property

We stayed here for a week over Christmas to visit our son who lives in Charleston--perfect condo for the (4) of us--my wife/daughter/son/myself. Description of condo is 100% accurate. Location is GREAT--we had a small issue with the dishwasher on Christmas Eve and got a response immediately from the property manager--I was VERY impressed. This will be our first choice when we return to this area in the spring!
