We loved this house! Beautifully decorated and in the perfect spot in Folly! Loved the pool and outside space. Most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on! We will for sure stay again!

We had an absolutely perfect week. The house far exceeded our expectations. Woke up every morning and sat on the balcony porch swing to see the ocean just over the tree line. Pool was perfect and the walk to the beach was essentially non existent. I truly hope we are able to come back to stay at this house.

The home was exactly as described in the listing. The location was one block to the beach, 5 min drive to downtown Folly beach and 20 min drive to downtown Charleston. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Charleston but would also like some privacy, a pool, and close proximity to the beach!

What a spectacular property! It was just as gorgeous in person as it was in the photos. We enjoyed a lovely week there. While the property was outstanding for the most part there were problems with the home - garbage disposal didn’t work, shower handle falling off and some simple fixes that were never repaired during our stay. The home was perfect but the management company could have done better.

Was looking for a large enough house for us, our 3 children and their spouses, and 4 grandchildren. This was the place! An upscale house with a bedroom and bathroom for each couple, a bedroom with bunkbeds for all the kids, a pool, and within walking distance to the beach. Plenty of room for our four cars. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees. What the pandemic separated, this house brought together!

Our daughter was married in Charleston in September 2021, so some of our family decided to combine this beachfront house and the southern charm of Charleston for several days. This house was perfect in that everyone had their own space to sleep, own bathrooms to get ready for the wedding festivities and there was always a space to relax and find some quiet time. There was a well stocked kitchen and loved the large island to serve everything and the super wine fridge that worked for seltzers and beer as well.
Our property manager, Hannah, was prompt in returning messages and addressing any issues. The beach access was right across from the property which made it super convenient.

Great location for a larger group. The beach is so close and the pool was a huge plus! The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Golf carts were helpful getting to and from bars & restaurants. Would absolutely rent again!

Great house for multiple couples. Very clean and LS Retreats were amazing to work with! We will definitely be staying here again!!
