Very nice house in a great location.

The home was beautiful. There was plenty of room for our large family to be together, but without feeling crowded. The views were gorgeous. We would love to return.

We enjoyed having a home that allowed our family to be together. The proximity to the beach and golf was very convenient. We enjoyed the tranquility of the location of the home.

A lovely house with plenty of room for the whole family. We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach and biking on the trails. The only snafu was that one of the ovens was not working but the management company brought over a countertop oven and we were able to make that work. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was BEAUTIFUL!!!!
The location was GREAT!!!
The process from booking to checking in was super easy!!!!
The only issue was the bathrooms had mold on the ceiling above the showers which made for a stinky smell in them!!! Also the deck and pool was very hard to keep clean from the falling acorns & leaves since the pool vacuum wasn’t working..
Otherwise it was a great week and totally enjoyed ourselves!!!!

This is a beautiful up to date house with every amenity you can imagine. The house layout is spectacular and was perfect for our family of 10. The location is superb too- very walkable to the beach

This house is truly something special. Between the convenient location on the island and the perfectly decorated rooms, it is an amazing place to take a beautiful vacation on Kiawah Island.

What an amazing place for a vacation. We met up with extended family for a week and there was room plus extra for everyone. The house is beautiful, the kitchen well equipped for cooking in, the pool and back patio are perfect for relaxing. The walk to the beach was fairly easy. This rental made for one of our best Kiawah trips yet.

We have been coming to Kiawah for 30+ years. This year we needed a larger house because we had 10 adult kids and teen age grandkids.They all loved the pool and used it every day after the beach and in the evening. We used the pool table every night.The house had two dishwashers and ovens and two washers/dryers. Plenty of seating and enough dishes, pots. pans, etc. Plan on returning next year. Property management was VERY responsive to any need/question we had. Only disappointment is no one turned in a pair of golf shorts and Boston Marathon shirt I left behind. But that does not take away from the great time the property provided.

Great house in a great location. Beautiful home, very new. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Great pool and hot tub with beautiful view of the golf course and pond Highly recommended!

Our take is that the house was just finished or built because a lot of things were not complete or half done (e.g., lights left unfinished, blue tape on walls, shower heads not installed correctly). Also note that the house echoes a TON, so for us with a baby it was hard. You could hear everything. One last note, odd but the furniture was SUPER heavy esp downstairs so moving chairs, etc. was very clunky.
