This place is a hidden gem within a hidden gem. We love coming here and consider this to be our “Happy place” on this earth. Thank you for creating such a magical sanctuary for us to enjoy!!

We love this condo! We return again and again! Inside is spacious,clean and modern, including new, high quality kitchen equipment and appliances. Everything you'll need for cooking/eating in is here! Outside, the location is great for walking to local restaurants, entertainment and shopping. But my favorite is the unobstructed BEACHFRONT view from the balcony, and easy access (steps away) to the beach from this condo.

What I love most about Folly is the not only the beach itself but also the people you meet there. It’s such a beautiful and welcoming environment. The condo has a gorgeous view of the beach and everything is so clean and spacious and it feels like home away from home. The condo is the perfect location while having direct access to the beach and the pool, along with a short walk to all the shops and delicious restaurants. Folly is my favorite place to bring my family and friends and it definitely matters where you stay! Highly, highly recommend!

Great place to stay with lots of room and a clear view of the ocean.

We had a great stay at our condo! It was spacious, stylish, and clean. We loved how everything was so updated and the view is gorgeous. Would love to stay here again!

Couldn’t have picked a better place / location to stay to help celebrate a friends big Birthday! The condo itself is gorgeous , nicely decorated and felt spacious. Had friends in the unit upstairs and this unit was far nicer. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I look forward to coming back here again in the future.

End unit with the social side of the condo towards the outside of the building - bonus. The A/C was amazing. Access to the beach is just steps. The location of this unit can't get any better. The unit has recently been remolded and is very nice. The bunk beds are def for kids or people not of larger size or age. Only bummer was 10AM check-out. I get it, but it really needs to be 11. Cons against the building and hoa - not the actually unit, prop mgr or owner (they were all perfect): Building needs a facelift and the elevator is hot, stuffy, and muggy. No golf cart parking in the lot (so if you rent one it better have a city parking pass for the street).

Excellent accommodations. Really like the wine refrig to place drinks/wines. Kitchen well set up; could have used a liquid measuring cup. The mattresses however were a little on the hard/firm side in all rooms.

Definitely recommend this property. Clean, spacious, beach access and walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping. Great communication and easy check in.

Lovely decor, perfect location, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Stairs next door. Nice view. However, it was listed as wheelchair accessible. It is not wheelchair accessible if the person in the wheelchair cannot get up out of the wheelchair. Disabled person could not use any toilets, couldn’t take a shower or go on the deck/porch. We will stay in a hotel from now on. The rest of the family loved it.

Friends getting together for a small vacay to Folly each year. It was our first time staying at the condo but it won’t be our last. It was beautiful and had everything we needed to make the weekend memorable. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Property was in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and the Folly Beach pier. It's a beautiful end unit condo space overlooking the beach and dunes. Very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed kitchen for times when you may want to make a meal instead of going out to a restaurant. Overall, a great place for a vacation break!

Great place and great location for our family getaway. The condo set up was perfect and access to pool and beach were unbeatable. Easy walk to town with many shops and restaurants.. Definitely looking forward to coming back again!

Great stay for a baseball tournament weekend! Kids got to enjoy the beach and had a nice clean place to hangout and enjoy when not on the field. Definitely would come here again! Thank you for having us!

The condo was in a perfect spot for our family. My husband and I could do our thing and our daughter (18) and niece (19) could head out on their own adventures nearby. Then we could all reconnect for dinner. The balcony and view were awesome! Thanks for a great stay.

This condo was perfect in every way! It was generous in size, beautifully renovated and SPOTLESS!!! The hosts welcomed us w/a bottle of wine and lemon cookies from Charleston. A beautiful place to rest, relax and unwind!

Overall great condo with high quality finishes and a great location right on Folly Beach. The host sent very clear access, check-in, and check-out instructions. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. The surrounding area had plenty of activities and made for a great trip to SC.

Absolutely loved it. The modern design and furniture were really nice. Host was responsive. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there were plenty of plates / cups etc. The kids loved the bunk room and there was plenty of space for everyone. Awesome corner unit, comfortable patio furniture and great beach views. Would stay again!

Amazing view and amazing location. We loved this condo so much that we spent more time there than we had originally planned. It’s so accessible to the bars/shops in Folly Beach as well as the beach itself. We have already talked about booking this place again in the future. My only gripe would be the parking availability. For a condo that sleeps 10 we only had two parking passes and there was some confusion on how to secure some extra. I wasn’t able to find the on-site “management” office as instructed and there was no gate attendant the entire time we were there. We parked our additional cars in the lot anyway because there were plenty of spots, but I’m sure this could be more of an issue during peak season. Overall though this wasn’t enough to ruin our spectacular time and would recommend this place to all family/groups etc. we’ll be back !!!

Was the nicest place we have stayed in Folly. Had a great visit.

This was our first time using VRBO and we lucked out on this residence. The interior was beautiful, immaculate, and perfect for an adult ladies reunion/getaway. Condo complex was a safe and clean. Place was on the beach. Walk to restaurants. Easy drive to historic district. Convenient WIFI. Full kitchen is a weekend cook’s dream. The check-in was a tad confusing because you have to go to the room to get the fob to open the vehicle gate. These details were in the welcome email but in our excitement to get away we must have missed that info and we didn’t get in until after a full day of travel so we weren’t operating on full capacity. The only complaint we had was the fees tacked on by VRBO and the residential management. Our weeklong stay was affordable for the seven nights rental but the additional fees were for the host and for the service company equaled more than half of our stay costs! Our total for seven days of off-season stay was a bit more than we wanted to spend but now we know. Aside from the exorbitant fees, I would highly recommend this residence. The place was perfect for just a few of us girls or a bigger group, including a family with in-laws.

The accommodations are beautiful. The deck is bigger than in the pictures with plenty of seating and serene views. We were able to walk to the beach, lunch, dinner, and shopping. We’re still talking about what a great time we all (8 women) had !

Sunshine Daydream is an exceptional property. Stunning full ocean views, immaculate modern updated property with full size top of the line appliances. Immediate responses from property manager and was provided with thorough instructions prior to arrival and departure.
