We had a wonderful stay at cool blow! The location was ideal and the home had everything we needed.

This property is awesome! Our family of three loved the location, just steps from the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach. We also enjoyed walking around the property on all of the paths. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out that our 15 year old slept on. Towels and sheets were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs.

Walking in the entire place was so clean and had a very nice setup. It had a beautiful view especially with the screened in porch. The two minute walk to the beach was amazing and secluded. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A fantastic 5 night stay at Cool Blow villa on East Beach. The villa is EXACTLY as the pictures online and the unit was spotless. The location is so convenient! 2 minutes (felt like less) easy stroll to the beach, and what a great beach that goes forever. We walked every day. King bed was “Goldilocks”, firm enough and plush enough. Just right. Bathroom was modern and perfectly functional and easily accessed of either the bedroom or central hallway. Kitchen is well stocked and a choice of a Keurig or drip coffee makers to get your caffeine fix. Main living area and screen porch are very comfortable. While we were there we had a Great Horned Owl and Hawk hang out on a pine tree right outside the screened room. We highly recommend staying and will plan to return.

Kiawah gorgeous, weather perfect, villa super well decorated, private, perfect for two people. Bed was comfortable as was the pretty white sofa. TV easy to operate although we didn’t watch much. Our only negative was BUGS. I will use the terms roaches/palmetto bugs interchangeably. They were in frig,running across counters . . in the microwave. Sprayed them many times. That’s why 4 stars and not 5. November was perfect at the beautiful beach.

My husband and I have vacationed at Kiawah for nearly a decade, so I feel we have become familiar with the standard for rentals in the area. This condo has excellent proximity to the beach, roughly a 5 minute walk with a rinse off area available. This short walk is what drove us to book this condo for our anniversary. Throughout our stay, the host was responsive to the few issues we needed to contact them for (internet). The kitchen, in our opinion, lacked a lot of functionality. We like to cook in the evening and with this kitchen, we felt “pushed” to eat out. There is no table to eat, unless you count the side table with three chairs crowded around it with barely any room for one person to comfortably eat. The microwave doesn’t open all the way without hitting the wall, minimal serveware and cooking ware, and palmetto bugs through the serving space/kitchen/trash can/restroom. My husband enjoys watching football and we were sorely disappointed to see no cable, only freely available Roku channels which frankly aren’t anything interesting to watch. The bedroom area has clearly seen better days with outlets hanging off the wall, large scuffs on the wall, and a bathroom that felt very crowded with one person. This isn’t a bad condo to stay at, but is subpar when compared to the standard we hold rentals in Kiawah to. This is clearly a business rental and not a rental by an owner who cares for the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Cool Blow. The condominium was clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities we needed. We felt very welcomed with a bottle of wine and cookies provided upon our arrival. And we could not have stayed in a better location. It was private and close to the beach. We will absolutely be back!!

We have been coming to the island for years, and this may be our favorite location! The property is so close to the beach, Fresh Fields, and Night Heron Park.

We loved our stay at "Cool Blow". The place is as advertised and a very short walk to the beautiful Kiawah beach. The condo was spotless and the provided beach towels for us; we loved having the washer and dryer available to clean for our sandy suits and towels as well. Everything was communicated clearly and we highly recommend renting through them! Thank you!

We thorough enjoyed our stay at Cool Blow. It is very close to everything. I will have to say it’s a lot small for 3 adults but we still enjoyed our time there!

My wife and I had a great stay at this property. It has a very convenient walk to the beach. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Communications around the stay, check-in, and check-out process we’re very clear. This is a great property for a couple’s getaway!

Our stay here was so good from beginning to end. The process to check in and out was easy and timely. The stay was clean and cozy. Just a short walk to the beach and so many amenities within a sort drive or bike ride. We would definitely stay again!

The condo is in Kiawah Island, in a gated community which is absolutely amazing. Plenty of walking paths, a small restaurant on the premises which also sells some grocery items. Beautiful beach and the condo was true to the online pictures. It was well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils etc. TV was set up with several streaming channels. There is a ceiling fan in the screened in porch which provided a cool area to enjoy all of the trees and birds. Very comfortable bed. There were 2 sand chairs and a beach umbrella for our use. Overall, the rental is lovely and we were 99% pleased but I need to mention that it had a strong smell of mildew. If you are sensitive to this, you might want to keep it in mind. There were also several sightings of both small and larger cockroaches in both the kitchen and bedroom. Maybe this can’t be helped given the humidity, but it was a bit unsettling. And lastly, there are two sets of stairs to climb to reach the 2nd floor condo. If you do not do well on stairs, this would be something to consider.

Steven and Sarah were excellent hosts! The property was in great condition when we arrived. They were clear with the check in and check out instructions. They even left a welcome gift for us! The condo was just a 2 minute walk from the beach, and a short walk/drive to the Nest cafe where we got lunch one day. Definitely recommend this listing! 👌

Great time at Cool Blow! Kiawah Island was perfect. The unit is as advertised. The owner provided all necessary amenities. It is a quick walk to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Of all of the VRBO's we've used, Cool Blow is at the top of the list.

The only thing I was dissapointed that there was only “YouTube Tv” and what was in the bedroom. In fact, I was never able to figure out how to use it.

Your place was just what we wants for our short golf trip to Kiawah! Thank you!
