Very large and clean house right in the heart of Oceanside. We walked to the pier ( 5 minutes away or less) to watch the sunset each night. Beds were super comfortable, and we were very happy with the house. The owners were very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely stay again!

There were three adults staying for 31 days. We had many places within walking distance to eat, the pier was a daily walk/visit. Our accommodation was very well supplied with everything we needed. Great tv for evenings. Our host, Robert was helpful and provided us with good information about the area. Only one complaint was the furniture. It really needs replaced due to being broken down and quite uncomfortable.

We love this rental; this was our second year staying here. The house is comfortable and has everything you could need and then some. It's spotless and well taken care of, and the location is beyond perfect! EVERYTHING is steps away: Thursday night Street fair, the best restaurants, and, of course, the beach! We highly recommend it and can't wait to book again next year!

We had family come in from out of the country and around the United States for my son’s wedding. This was the perfect venue for us to all be together. Around the block to eateries in a couple of blocks to the beach/pier. It was the perfect location very clean, and the owners were very hospitable.

Lucy's Beach House is great! Location was perfect-close to restaurants, shops, and the Beach! The house was perfect for the 7 adults, 3 children ages 9-5, an infant, and 2 dogs. The owner, Robert, was quick to respond to any questions! Would definitely stay there again!

Lucy's place was the perfect getaway for our two families. The host was easy to get a hold of, accommodating, and sent us great directions. The house is beautiful with ample space and amenities. It was very convenient to have the garage stocked with beach items such as sandtoys, a wagon, and chairs. We loved walking to the beach and checking out the nearby restaurants. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this house to anyone looking to have a fun and relaxing vacation.

Had a wonderful family vacation at this property. Bob was very responsive to our requests. Very walkable to the beach and downtown area. Very dog friendly house so our dog could come with us on vacation. Suggestion for the bedroom next to the room with the two queen beds --that bed might need a mattress topper for additional comfort. Our group of 8 found this to be a great location in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe and loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. The house and furniture are experiencing normal wear and tear in places. The cleanliness was 4 stars. We did find some of the outdoor areas to need a fresh sweep when we arrived. The indoor areas were very clean upon arrival.

My family including 3 adult couples, our mom and put kids (5,3 and newborn) all stayed here for a week for our family vacation and you can walk everywhere! We loved senior grubbys which is right next to the house. We even walked all the way to the harbor (15-20 min walk) to eat at rockin Baja lobster 3 different times which didn’t feel so long when you walk the beach way because the weather was so beautiful! The house was great for all of us eating meals having a dining room table so big. We enjoyed the patio out front to grill and also the 3rd story rooftop was nice to sit under the shade. The property manager texted the day before and was in communication the day of even let us in the house about an hour early so we didn’t have to wait around and was available throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Lucie' Beach House is in the heart of downtown Oceanside. Close to all the best restaurants and a short walk to the pier and the beach. This is the second year our family has stayed here and the home worked out perfectly.

Lucy’s beach house is smack dab in the middle of everything Oceanside! Everything is within walking distance, the beach, pier, restaurants, coffee shops, markets, ice cream etc. Oh and can’t forget the Thursday Farmer’s Market and the Sunset Market literally steps from the house. The house itself is big enough for large gatherings but also homey for a small group. Unfortunately the weather was too chilly to enjoy the two outdoor seating areas or take advantage of all the beach accessories the house has to offer but will have to come back in better weather. Robert is quick to respond with questions and make sure you have everything you need. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Oceanside.

We really enjoyed staying at this bright and airy home. We wish we had planned more time to look around Oceanside and enjoy the beach and less time at amusement parks, because this home was within walking distance to a lot of fun looking shops and restaurants, not to mention the beach. Communication with the property manager was great; he was very responsive. We would stay here again next time we are in the area - and we would plan time to enjoy the Thursday street market, which we were too tired to visit this time, but it looked fun.

The property is located near places to eat, the beach, a movie theater, you name it! Plenty to do. We essentially parked the car and stayed the entire spring break without having to get back in the car! Robert is very nice, communicates quickly, and a great host.

My husband and I stayed at this property with two other couples. It was a great property on many levels. Nice space for everyone, great shared space in the living room and kitchen area and very walkable to a lot of nice area things. The house was very clean and well stocked. Would recommend and definitely stay again if we are back in the area. Thanks Bob for all your help to make our trip so memorable!

We spent Thanksgiving in Oceanside and had a wonderful vacation. The house was large and very comfortable for our family. Being that it was Thanksgiving I had brought extra kitchen items which were totally unnecessary. The kitchen is very well stocked, even a high chair for our granddaughter! The location of the house is excellent, so close to the beach and minutes away from town yet it is quiet. Street parking is easy although we did appreciate the two car garage. We would love to spend future vacations there. Thanks Bob.

We stayed here on a girls trip and had a wonderful time. The location was truly within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants and coffee shops. We ran out of trash bags and the owner or manager was quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Beautiful, big house with plenty of room and a lovely patio out front. So grateful we could bring our 2 small dogs with us! Very nice owner who was willing and able to accommodate our request for early check-in. Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall the home was perfect for my family. Many TV's for the grandchildren. The problem for us was parking our trucks, would not fit, so parked in street. The home was well stocked with most everything you would need. The one thing I would change is the coffee maker. A pot with a burner, warming plate, with 2 hr auto shut off. After a short time the coffee is warm. I also want to say Bob the owner was getting back to me quickly everytime I text him. You won't be disappointed if you rent this home. Gary of AZ.

This is a pretty townhome located within walking distance of Oceanside beach and pier. The house was very clean, we really enjoyed the rooftop lounge area. Oceanside is a great midway point for those that want to go to Disney and the zoo.

This townhouse is wonderfully spacious and comfortable for families. The extras provided such as umbrellas, wagon, and beach toys were put to good use. The location is ideal for walking to the beach and pier and nearby restaurants. We would love to return someday!

This was a perfect location for us! We didn't need a car at all and walked to all food, shopping, and beach activities. The area was very pretty. It felt very safe, and we thoroughly enjoyed our first view of California. The host was responsive when I had a question, and while we were not there long enough to use the beach accessories in the garage, that certainly would be a plus for a longer stay! Would stay here again :)

Our family enjoyed our week long stay at this home. Beautiful property close to shops and restaurants. The house came with all the beach toys and equipment for a perfect day at the beach. We also enjoyed relaxing on the front patio after a day on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved our stay at Lucy’s Beachhouse ! Total we have 8 adults and 3 children ages 6,4 and 1 with plenty of room for all. The location was ideal as it was about two blocks away from direct beach access and tons of restaurants and breweries surrounding the property. The beach was very family friendly and Robert stocked the house with plenty of beach amenities including. Chairs , coolers and toys. We also loved the farmers market on Thursday, my kiddos had fun picking out different goodies from the vendors. Robert the owner is very responsive and was a pleasant to work with. We've stayed here multiple times with our large family and this house never disappoints! Great location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Steps away from the farmers market and food street fair every Thursday. Highly recommend.

Right by the Thurs Street Fair! Very near nice walking underpass to the Beach & Pier! Many nice places to eat in walking distance. Short drive to the Harbour Town area. Big spacious home!!
