The house is very nice with beautiful wood work, but there is no outside space and no view except that of an empty construction lot. The living room TV did not work. But the property manager was very responsive -came and verified and had someone come fix it the next day. There was no option for recycling at the property which would have been nice. And there were no basic spices such as salt and pepper. The house was generally clean but more attention to details is needed- the fireplace area had many cob webs and lots of dust along with window sills. Also it was stated that two small cars can park in the garage since there is no street parking allowed, but the outdoor gas grill was in the garage making it impossible to put two cars in. The side of the house is on a busy street that gets loud very early in the morning. It is a couple of blocks away from a very nice park with Pickleball courts. It met our needs for this trip.

Great place for weekend birthday getaway so cozy, cleanliness is superb! Will surely book again this place.

Very cute house! We had a great stay.

The property is lovely and new. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available. We appreciate the responsivness from Jaime, the contact, throughout the rental process. The owners are mindful about keeping the house clean and tidy. Lots of room to be together or separate which was nice. It is fun having bikes available and great having a washer and dryer on the property.

Had a great time in Pagosa for the 4th. House was just as listed. Great location and well appointed. Perfect for our needs!

This is a great home base for hiking around Pagosa Springs and Durango. Comfortable home with everything we needed. This was one of the best places we’ve stayed with young kids. The open layout, simple decor, bathtub, and nice park down the street we’re all very much appreciated.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this property. Beds were very comfortable, property was clean and well kept, and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. It's a very short walk to the river and also a short drive to downtown and the hot springs. Would have liked if there was a little more "comfy" seating in the living room, but everything else was great.

The house is within a 5-minute drive of Pagos Springs' main street shops/parks etc. Grocery stores (Walmart and City Market) are within a 10/15-minute drive. Property management communication is very good. Neighborhood is mostly quiet with some traffic coming by on the side of the house as it is a corner lot. Wind chimes from a house across the street were surprisingly noisy but we were either out for the day or inside once we returned. Front of house faces east so the porch with swing and the driveway are shaded in the afternoon which is really nice when you come back after a day out. We enjoyed staying in this clean, pet-free, new build house that was generously stocked with everything we needed. Lots of space for the 4 of us. We felt very comfortable here.

Loved the location of this property. Within walking distance of Yamaguchi Park. A couple of miles to town. Kids loved it!

Exceptional stay, only thing missing was a Keurig coffee machine. They do have a Nespresso & coffee mate coffee maker machine, we had Keurig pods. Either way great time!

Such a great property! Very clean, check in was super easy, and it was in a very quiet area. Very close to everything too (about a 5 minute drive). Would highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved this property. The quality was great. We loved the location, as you could walk to the springs, downtown, Reseviour Hill very easily. The host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful spot for my family of 4. New home with all of the amenities. Seconds from everything. Only small negative was the house sits on the corner of a fairly busy street. However, Pagosa is such a small quiet town that it wasn’t an issue. We will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for our family. It was located in the perfect spot for our daily adventures to Wolf Creek. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Our family loved staying here! The location was perfect. We drove to Wolf Creek every day to ski and the 29” of fresh snow was also a bonus. Looking out the front windows at the snow falling was beautiful. On our last night we asked our teenage boys what their favorite part of the vacation was & they said cooking dinner & relaxing as a family in the house. We played games & hardly watched any TV. The house was very clean, comfortable & cozy. The mattresses were comfy and so was the couch. Overall we had a great stay & would recommend to friends.

The photos of this property do not do it justice. The owners have taken the extra steps to make it comfortable and not just a rental. They have invested in the little things to make your stay better, nice dishes and flatware, good pots and pans, a large crockpot, boot and glove dryers etc. just a thoughtful setup for visitors

This home in Pagosa Springs, CO was absolutely perfect. So clean and comfortable. Location was great too. Very easy to get in and out. Most night were below freezing and the house stayed a perfect temp throughout. I would most definitely stay here again.

We rented this house for a week for our 2nd rifle elk hunt in Colorado. We will definitely be returning next year if the place is available. Very clean and comfortable!

Charlee has a beautiful new house that was a great fit for our family. The house is a short walk from downtown Pagosa Springs. The house came with just about everything we needed except we had to go to the store for toilet paper, which I believe is ordinarily provided. This is definitely a place to which we wish to return.

I stayed with my 3 teenagers and the house was a perfect place to stay and enjoy all the great things to do in Pagosa Springs. We loved the location and setup of the house. Furnishings and decor were beautiful!

The inside property was nice and clean. Actually brand new but was disappointed that the yard was unkept. Understand that this is a new build with others going up all around it. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

The house was wonderful. The price was right. And the location was within a half mile of the hot springs. Loved it.
