Had a great long wedding weekend with friends!

This condo is the perfect setup for 3 couples or 2 couples and kids sharing a room with 2 double beds. It’s pretty rare to find 3BR and 3BA. It was perfect for us for everyone to enjoy their private spaces then spend time together on the screened in patio with TV and CABLE or the main room. The walk to the beach is the same for just about everyone and the boardwalk is one down from the sanctuary. We would come back in an instant.

A group of middle aged ladies enjoyed this property for a tennis weekend getaway. Updated unit, beautifully decorated. Well appointed with enough essentials (soaps, paper towels, etc) to get through weekend. We cooked all meals at the condo and enjoyed happy hours/evenings on the porch. Beds were comfy. Linens substantial. Communication easy.
The only things we were missing were a lighter (for candles outside) and a wine opener corkscrew (the one in the unit was broken).

It was a very clean property. Nicely decorated. Equipment rental can be explained better. It should be made clear that there will be a two day delay getting it. We were not aware and were able to use our bikes only for half of our stay.

We had a great time staying on Kiawah Island in this adorable Tennis Court Villa which is located in the heart of the resort. Loved having the tennis courts right there, along with a quick & easy bike ride to the beach. Especially liked having the Sanctuary Hotel and Night Heron Park right around the corner as well. The Villa was clean and had everything we needed for a quick beach getaway. We have rented from Akers Ellis previously, and they're rentals are always exactly as described and immaculately maintained.

This place was amazing! It was so clean, beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for my husband and our adult children! We would highly recommend this place! ❤️

We spent a few nights here after a week and a half of family reunions. It was absolutely perfect for my wife and I and our two kids. Short walk to the beach. Great trails and beach for biking. The place was clean and very comfortable. Appliances all worked great. Love the double dishwasher … even if we never needed it. Thanks for having us. We will be back!
