Host was very responsive and condo was just what we were looking for - great beach access.

We enjoyed our time! It was some what local to the boardwalk. Ocean was beautiful. Rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. Allison was available if needed- but we didn’t need :-) Will def check here when we return.

Good stay. Owner very responsive. Adequate spacing for family of 6. Nothing fancy, but got the job done. Only real downside was the location of the condo being above the gym and right by the service elevator, so pretty noisy. I slept with earplugs, so i did just fine. Pool and beach easily accessible. Staff very friendly!! Would stay again with the family.

Apt is completely upgraded with a great pool view. Very roomy and comfortable. VRBO listing should include a heads up for the “required” fees for building key fob ($30 per couple) & parking ($10/day).

The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. Having chairs and beach towels were a huge plus. We enjoyed being steps from the beach and spent every evening out on the deck. We would happily rent from Allison again.

Our host Alison was extremely attentive to all of our needs, even to the point of answering multiple calls on Christmas day. The location of this condo is ideal. We are a family who likes to cook and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. Overall just a really nice place, with comfortable beds and nice clean interior.

We traveled to Miami for a wedding and made it a family trip. The location, amenities and property manager made it a great vacation for 10 days. We’d definitely recommend and come back again.

Alison was a great host. Apartment was perfect. Clean and had everything we needed. The building is tired but great for what we needed. The pool area was fine. The beach was very narrow and crowded. For us, this was a great place/location to park our heads at night. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again! The condo has a view of the pool and is so close to beach access! Condo is also an end unit, so access was really easy! Kitchen was well equipped and the host leaves ample supplies of hand soap, toilet paper, sheets and towels. Master bedroom was very comfortable -- bed was great! The master shower is AMAZING!! Other two beds were also pretty good. Condo itself isn't in real walking distance to restaurants, but is just a short drive. It was very comfortable. Also, to note, we were a little surprised by the extra charge ($30 per every two adults) for the key fob that allowed you to enter the condo property and amenities. It may have stated that somewhere, but I missed it. And also $10 a day for parking (which is very reasonable, we just didn't realize the charge ahead of time). Not a big issue, but wanted to mention it so future visitors aren't surprised by the extra charge! Owner was great and SUPER responsive!!! Thanks so much Allison.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit was very spacious with open floor plan and nicely furnished. The kitchen had modern appliances. Great to hang out on balcony overlooking pool. Very convenient access for dog to get in and out by using the service elevator and stairs next to unit. The listing could have been more specific in terms of condo charges, i.e., parking ($10/day), key fobs ($30 each), and laundry ($3.50 for washer/dryer).

The location was wonderful, with pool and beach access and they have a great the workout facility it was nice with updated equipment. The condo was really comfortable and clean and it had everything we needed and more. Alison was great, she made sure we got checked in and had access to the condo and checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. We will definitely come back , would highly recommend. Janet

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in Miami. The apartment was better than the building it was in. Both bedrooms were comfortable and the shower in the master bath was GREAT. If we could install that shower head at home, we totally would! The valet/parking situation is a bit unwieldy but not terrible. The kitchen had everything we needed. We never got to swim in the pool, but the view overlooking it was lovely.

The check in was smooth and efficient. Valets were most accommodating and helpful. The location of this property was perfect for our needs with lots of places to go near by. This particular unit had a balcony on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool where we had our morning coffee while enjoying people watching as well as glimpses of the ocean. The condo itself was beautifully decorated with calming tasteful colors and clean lines. Every room was spacious even for our lanky tall teenage grandsons. There is a nicely lit dog path right outside the back of the building. The beautiful beach is only a few steps away. Allison, our host, was most accommodating always going above and beyond for anything we needed. She is a definitely a SUPER HOST in our experience! We loved that she also told us about great places to take the kids. We highly recommend this place and definitely stay here again!
