34 is a house with amazing space for work and relaxation. The house accommodated the need for work space and places to eat and play games. I enjoyed every moment staying in this happy yellow house on the water in Annapolis. It was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city living with a wonderful space and setting for enjoying time with family and friends. The large kitchen is a great gathering space-perfect for cooking together with your loved ones-and the large dining room makes every meal special. I loved going for a run or a stroll through the neighborhood while taking in spectacular,panoramic views of the Bay Bridge. Plus, you can`t beat the view in the mornings and evenings from this home! From coffee on the balcony in the morning to a glass of wine on the dock in the evening, there is not a bad place to take in the outdoors. But if you decide to explore beyond Bay Ridge - quite honestly,you don`t need to leave - you are just a short drive away to all the shopping, waterfront, historic attractions, and the U.S. Naval Academy, all nearby in downtown Annapolis. I have stayed at this property now several times with both large and small groups. It is a gorgeous place that is great for a relaxing weekend or a more active time. The pool is great, and the view of the docks and water is gorgeous all day. We never saw the same sunset twice! We also are the kind of crew that likes to cook - the kitchen is perfect for gathering, cooking and enjoying a meal. Our group was 14 and there was plenty of space. Katie coordinated our stay and departure, she was great! We lost power the first day but she kept us in the loop as to when power would be restored. We didn`t expect that with no power, there would be no water so that was an inconvenience as the bathrooms/sinks didn`t work. Despite that, we had a lots of laughs and a great time. Our stay was more than exceptional. The place is spacious and homey. It is perfect for a family with kids of all ages. The location is close to town which is beneficial. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and family oriented. The view is wonderful and right on the water. It is absolutely breathtaking! Every detail of the house is built with love and has the perfect taste. The home was more than adequately prepared for guests with all amenities available for use. Having a swimming pool along with a boat dock was a definite plus for our family. The owners are very nice people with a gentle character of hospitality. Quit Looking! If you are planning a visit to Annapolis, this is the property. We so enjoyed our recent stay. The entire property was clean and filled with all the amenities one could want and plenty of space for everyone. The home is beautifully decorated, has spacious rooms and the well equipped kitchen is a dream for anyone, chefs, and novices. And there is an outdoor grill, hot tub, and sauna! The drive in along the way was lovely, the neighborhood or the property could not have been more welcoming. The large open stairway, the bright kitchen and dining area along with a spectacular three level view of the bay,pool, and private pier are breathtaking. We had a wonderful wet week. Thank goodness for the pool and hot tub! The house and location were great and everyone had a good time. We went out on one of the Woodwind sailboats and raced on Wednesday night which was the highlight of the trip.Had no problem launching or removing our sailboat at the community dock. We stayed at 34 East Lake in Bay Ridge. It was perfect for my family and guests. We all loved the house- and made wonderful family memories there in just one week. Our stay in this house in 2018 was so good that we returned for a week in August 2019. Spacious, comfortable, and relaxing is the best way to describe this home. Whether sitting on the pier, the yard around the pool or on the deck - the peaceful water view is both beautiful and relaxing. It`s like having your own private resort - it truly is `waterside with it all.` There are wonderful restaurants nearby, but we didn`t want to leave this house - and we didn`t have to with the modern kitchen stocked for cooking. We were very impressed with the improvements that were made in the past year too! Looking forward to returning in 2020! This home is a `GIFT`. Second time we have spent time here. Weather was terrible - rained for 48 hours, but it did not damper the trip. We gathered as family to celebrate our son`s birthday. He is a Midshipman 3rd class at the Academy. We enjoyed the pool, loved the hot tub, and loved the fire pit. A beautiful place to create beautiful memories! Thank you!
