I have stayed in many vrbo's, and I can honestly say that this one was hands down the best one I have ever had the privilege of staying at. The host was beyond kind, responsive, helpful and gracious. This place is EXTREMELY clean, very well stocked, and we were good to go without having to go to the grocery store beforehand. The pool was sparkling, complete with floaties and ample chairs, tables and umbrellas. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to prepare your meals (and then some!) The bathroom towels are so soft and fluffy, and you'll never run out. The furniture was clean and cozy, I felt at home instantly. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we felt safe. The cactus gardens are spectacular, and we felt blessed to witness some of them blooming. As a side note, if you want to smell the most amazing handsoap/bodywash ever, you definitely need to book this place. (trust me, its that good) It was just my husband and I this trip, but I know the grandkids would have a blast here. We will absolutely be staying here again.

2 firm king beds. Eggs, coffee, beers, Daves bread loaf in the refrigerator. We didn't need to go to the store. We will stay there again in the future.

Excellent property and awesome host

What a wonderful host and property! We had an amazing experience renting over Thanksgiving. The owners have thought of every little detail and should really win a hospitality trophy. The teenagers were enthralled with the "vintage" video games and we all enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the nice weather. Everything about this experience was easy, comfortable and perfect! We are very appreciative and highly recommend this desert get-away!

We just recently stayed. This was probably one of the best VRBOs that we have stayed at. Everything was perfect! They even provided food and drinks, including wine and beer. The house was adorable! They also provided several things to do, like video games, a guitar and several super fun coloring books and word puzzles. Definitely recommend!

This place did not disappoint. The host kim was quick to respond to any questions. Anything in the house was yours to use including the food in the refrigerator. The house was tastefully decorated. We felt right at home. We will be looking to book the house again the next trip to Arizona.

By far the best VRBO we have stayed at. Very clean, tastefully decorated, a beautiful pool, and so many extra touches. All other places will now be compared to this house.

This was our first time staying in a vacation home and were so impressed. Comfortable and well stocked home nicely decorated. Beautiful ouside area with pool and more I can' t say enough. The hosts were absolutely wonderful!! Will return.

If you are in the Phoenix area this house is a Must! Clean, comfortable, cute, fully equipped! The Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The pool and backyard were great for cooling off and relaxing! Kim is very attentive and thoughtful, as she had snacks and drinks waiting for us at the house. She was super flexible with our check in and check out times as well. There is literally not one negative thing I can comment on. Do NOT hesitate to stay at this house!

I can’t rave enough about this beautiful home! It is perfect! It felt just like home, had every amenity we could ask for and Kim went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She had snacks, drinks and goodies ready for us. We have never experienced this before. It was amazing. My son is autistic and since day one he kept saying “I like this house, it’s comfortable, it feels like I’m at home” and you have no idea how much that means to me. We will definitely be back! Don’t think about it and rent this home on your next getaway!

This property exceeded our expectations! Kim provided excellent communication leading up to the trip, provided restaurant recommendations, and answered a quick question during our stay. The property was in excellent condition and the extra touches like salon quality shampoo and conditioner, a cheese tray, and a stocked fridge with necessities made this trip feel like a true vacation. The pool was fantastic- it kept us cool during the summer heat in AZ. This will be our go to place for future trips to Surprise!

This is a lovely home in all ways. It is well kept, clean, quiet and has all the amenities you need. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores. The property manager was available and did an excellent job of making the home feel welcoming. The cactus garden is beautiful and the pool was great for an evening swim. Kim was great, very responsive and helpful. Home was perfect for my wife, 14 yr old son and myself. Everything you need is provide plus some surprises (food, drinks and goodies). Great location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping!

We rented this property for family visiting us this summer. They raved about how thoughtful the design of the property was, the thoughtfulness of the provided amenties and LOVED the pool. I found the most under-rated elements to be the little "poolhouse/cabana" in the backyard, and the enclosed patio that provided a loveseat as well as a small table with color books and pencils to relax on the hot days. I HOPE this is available the next time family visit and that we can enjoy it again! They are still raving about this stay! Thanks for making me a hero Kim!

Beautiful clean home with all the comforts of home. Property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything that we needed and went above that. The home was stocked with food, drinks, crafts, gaming system, soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, first aid kit and so much more. The pool was cool and refreshing despite the hot temperature outside. Five Stars doesn't do this house or stay justice!

Instead of writing a lengthy review, I'll just say that this property and Kim (Property Mgr) was outstanding in every way. Kim definitely "gets it". Property is great, and the attention to detail of the appointments in the home was outstanding. We've been using VRBO (As well as the precursor - "Homeaway") for ~ 18 years. This is the best property; Hands Down!

This place was perfect for our family of 3. Great location and nice quiet neighborhood. This was our 2nd time staying at this house and it was beyond excellent. Communication with the host (Kim) was extraordinary, plus she is very flexible and even provided some extra amenities for our when we arrived. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more, especially the pool for those hot Arizona days. We will more than likely look into staying here the next time we visit the area.

Kim was amazing from start to finish of this stay. She made sure the fridge had snacks in it for us the next day, the pool was clean and the house was incredible. Getting there and getting into the house was super easy and every interaction with Kim was great. We will recommend home this to everyone!

So clean and comfortable! Kimberly had coffee and creamer for our morning and beverages and a cute charcuterie board! Directions and communication with her was great. Highly recommend her house:)

I can't imagine you'll find a better place to stay in Surprise (or the surrounding area), nor have a more positive experience with the property owner. From reservation confirmation to leaving the property, communication was perfect. The house was immaculate and well-stocked. And Kim couldn't have been a more gracious or generous host. We look forward to staying there again in the future!

5 stars does not do justice to this home, it's more of a 10+ star rating. This house was absolutely amazing and perfect for what we needed. Very cozy and had all the right amenities and more. Fantastic, quiet location that was easy to get to and very close to everything. Our host, Kim, was simply awesome! Communication was beyond words, she was very quick to respond and easy going, like we were long time friends. Couldn't have been more pleased with the home and the host. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit/stay in the area!

Everything about this trip was perfect. The location, the house, the area. The owner has put so much thought into everything. The attention to detail is fantastic. The owner thought of everything, and we were made to feel so welcome. We got in late and there were even snacks available for us. I can’t say enough good things about this stay.

We spent three days in this home to visit nearby relatives and the house was perfect!! Everything plus a lot of extras was provided and communication with the owner was easy and quick. We will probably stay here again in the near future!!

The house was perfect! Just what I needed for a a little solitude while competing at USTA Nationals. So convenient to the tennis center and everything around town. Property owner/manager was so accommodating! The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy!
