The house is very spacious, clean and well maintained. The owners are very friendly and communication is great. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs; so perfect if you are travelling with 2 groups; a lot of privacy inside the house

this is the middle house of three houses and therefore does not have a lot of privacy

> the owners' warm welcome and swift availability at all times to answer our questions and to offer us the support we required during our stay > the facilities and the layout of the Villa was perfect for accommodating our two families of four > the clean, private pool > the sea view

> the water pressure in all three bathrooms (showers and taps) was overall low; and problematically so when two or more taps were running simultaneously > we considered the pool to be too deep for young children as well for the adults in our group who aren't swimmers and feel safer in shallow waters

The house was amazing! Really cleaned and the hosts offered multiple time to come to clean all for free. Moreover, the kitchen was well full of all the needed tools for cooking and eating. 2 bedrooms out of 4 had the AC and this made the staying really perfect also during the night. The availability of 3 bathroom made sure that we never had the need of going to the bathroom and finding it occupied. Plenty of space to park inside up to 2 cars and the villa has an amazing swimming pool where you can relax after a day. Last really appreciated point, the hosts were also always ready to take our requests if we needed something additional that was not in the house.

This is due to the status of the water infrastructure of the city/island, but it may happens (rare but it happened 1 time to us) that there is few running water in the house and this affect the ability of taking more than one shower at the same time

We liked the accommodation, ie the whole villa Alexandria, which itself is a beautiful building built from warm natural stone, a large garden with parking under the roof, an outdoor pool with access directly from the villa, garden and swimming pool with wonderful evening lighting. WIth exception of ground floor, there is everywhere air conditioning and a TV in every room. The owners are polite very nice and kind people, Mr. Thomas was willing to go to the airport in Chania and took us also back there on departure. On the welcome table we had a bottle of wine and a pan of fruit for almost the entire stay. Whenever we needed something, the owners helped us – f.i. with a selection of a good car rental, a car is useful in the area, even if we walked to the nearest beaches by foot – e.g. Zorbas or Stavros beach, on the way we bought everything in local stores labeled supermarkets. We had the opportunity to spend the whole evening with the owners and to have a nice chat together with good food and drinks. Of course, we hope to see Thomas, Elena and Alexandria soon again.

Very clean and quiet, many facilities and not expensive! They even came to clean and bring new towels while we were there!

There are multiple bathrooms but water is cold if they are used at the same time!
