Friendly staff, great location and clean property.

The room were not fully “soundproof” so it was somewhat loud until the early hours due it being on a Main Street. The shower pan also had a crack in it which soaked the floor mat.

The house is located in the downtown area where eating, drinking and shopping are convenient. The interior decoration is modern and tasteful. Our rooms are clean and well-equipped. Desserts for breakfast are rich in variety. The most memorable thing is that the host is super nice, not only helped us with the door keys for the stroller in and out, but also helped me contact new tenants to find my passport that I forgot in the room safe, I will recommend this hostel to everyone.

The shower in the room, the shower doors kept coming off and were a possible risk and could cause injury to someone. I think this has been reported before and should have been resolved

Clean, great price. Room had a double bed and a couch. On short notice, Guiseppe made the couch into a bed for us while we were out, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants.

Apple maps sent us to the wrong location. Make sure you use the address that the hotel sends you, and use Google maps.

We booked this room very last minute for 1 night, it was a lovely place to stay and very central in a nice and safe area. It is located within an old building and the hosts have done it up very modern. All communication is done via what's app with codes etc so there is no face to face check in or reception. The room was lovely, very clean, crisp white bedding with a nice little balcony. I would happily stay here again.

The shower needs renovated, it was rusting and mouldy looking. Another thing was when I checked out I got a text saying I hadn't left the city tax in the bedroom, this wasn't communicated to me that I had to do this however the host was nice about it.

Very good location, right in the center of the city. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice with a lot to choose from.

Ok so this place is nice with a couple caveats. 1. If your staying here, I suggest you request a room other than room #4. You don’t get assigned a room until the day you check in so you would need to do this in advance. The reason for this is the shower. The shower was corroded and smelled like a mix of chemicals and slight mold. If they still want to put you in room 4, ask for updated pictures of the shower. I will include a picture in this reviews so you can tell. Other than that the only other issue I had was the lack of English spoken by the staff. I stayed in two other cities while in Italy, and both places were fine, but this place was not. It made it very difficult to communicate the issue with the shower and they kept telling me that it was clean but wouldn’t even take the time to come look at it. Other than those two things, everything else went smoothly. It is in a central location with good restaurants nearby. The breakfast in the morning was good except a little awkward. The ONE cool thing about the shower is just how many settings it has and how it can basically spray your entire body at the same time. Other than that, I’d again recommend requesting a room other than room 4 or if they still try to put you in room 4, ask for updated pictures of the shower!.

Great central location, but safe and quite inside. Super clean and stylish. Italian breakfast with a lot of sweets to it, good coffee. Contactless late check in.

it was reasonably priced and the location was very central, close to many highlights of the city :) the room was clean and the bed was comfy.

an alarm started ringing and we needed to cope with the sound for about 4 hours before someone came to fix it, even though I contacted them several times asking for advise on how to turn off the alarm.

Friendly staff. Great location. Childrens crib was provided. We will gladly come back.

Fridge as well as the safe in the room was quite small.

The room has a very beautiful design. Right in the middle of the center, the view is very very nice.

Oldtown location, AC, clean, good breakfast, contactless checkin, authentic old building with very tall ceiling and amazing outside corridor/yard, central location, but not noisy, lots of restaurants nearby

shower seen better days, its a massage shower but for some reason massage function not working, also shower seat was damaged, corridor can get noisy, breakfast lady not speaking in English

The room was great! Clean, unique and in great location! I will definitely stay again!!
