The location was perfect for what we needed (Roarr! Blickling Hall and Norwich city). The amount of space - great to have use of the conservatory whilst we were there. With 2 teens it meant they could have their own space. The breakfast supplies were great - cereal, milk, pastries, jam/marmalade, cheese plus tea/coffee and sugar. Great communication from the owners.

Lovely facilities and lovely people.

Extremely well furnished with excellent facilities. Nicely stocked fridge and well equipped kitchen, extremely clean, comfortable beds and fantastic hosts. Very cosy, will definitely return.

This is a very welcoming place and has everything you need for your stay. The hosts were very understanding as we arrived very late due to traffic, only stayed one night due to a funeral the next day but would love to go back and stay longer. They were also milk in the fridge and a love range of cereals, croissants, jam, marmalade, nutella, marmite, butter pain au chocolat, capri sun, tea, coffee & sugar

Unfortunately, because we were so late getting there, my sister got cold, and there was no way to turn heating up. I assume the heating is operated by the main house. But when the heating did go on it was very warm & lovely

Very handy location, clean and tidy, great breakfast, comfortable main bed, very lovely place to stay. Super friendly hosts who were happy to answer questions and check ed we were okay. Would definitely visit again.

The futon my husband slept on was a touch hard but it wasn't a major problem.

It was perfect when you have a teenager and need space. For the price of a hotel room, there were two rooms to sleep (sofa bed in living area) bathroom and kitchen. Location is good for both the airport and exploring Norfolk. Breakfast ingredients are supplied so you can wake when you want.

Nothing really important. The living room futon is being replaced, so future stays will be more comfortable for my teen.

This lovely annex was just perfect for our traveling to the airport early the next day. The beds were comfy, the room was cosy, and the view of the lovely garden was lovely! The coffee, tea, juice, snack bars, and cereals were just perfect for a quick breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we need the airport stay again we will not hesitate to come back. There were provided lovely shampoo bits too. Thank you

Thé location quite handy for town center , easy to park and garden

We came to visit Norwich so after a day walking you would like to relax in comfy chairs but they were horrible . Never had such an uncomfortable armchair! Futon metal with hardly any cushion It also serves as a bed so the back was not happy…Of course there was a conservatory with very plush sofas but it was share with owners which we don’t like doing The shower which stopped working when you were full of soap or turn boiling hot for no reason and only held hand mirror in the bathroom ! That accommodation is ok for one night but no more. As for breakfast included you have to like weetabix and stale croissants. There was not enough coffee but plenty of teas. I wish the host would ask what the guests prefer to have for breakfast. It is so standard and does not show any nice attitude towards the guest. We hardly touch anything which in my view is a total waste of money. As for the hosts although présent never introduce themselves and communication was just copied text with instructions. I booked because previous comments were good but I believe those guests arrived late and left early and only stayed one night! Delightful annex is only a garage conversion which is in desperate need of an update!

Great comms from the owners to help direct us to the location; property lovely and clean, well prepared, had everything we needed plus extra finishing touches (milk in fridge, snacks etc)

The second bedroom is futons in the living room

The annex was warm, cosy and modern. It was extremely clean and the air fresheners smelt lovely. The breakfast that was available was a great choice of cereals and croissants with jam or cheese. Facilities were great, nice comfy bed and sky TV excellent WiFi and everything in the kitchen that you'd need and also plenty of parking.

Bit hard to find in the dark which bungalow number it is.
