Excellent location. Clean comfortable room. Staff helpful. An enjoyable stay.

The location was nice and central, most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

The wifi worked one day out of the 10 we stayed there, and I had to sit on the patio outside our room in order for it to work. The only time I was on wifi was when I sat in the lobby and used the wifi on the Althaus EG network. When I complained to a woman on staff about it, I was told it was my American laptop and phones that were to blame, which is ridiculous and rude (besides, I was able to get on wifi in other places in Germany just fine, but almost never at the hotel). That woman had no idea what she was talking about and any time I complained to her, I was met with indifference. At least another staffer was kind enough to give us a discount upon checkout.

Everything was good , Stay, Staff , cleanliness.

The only 1 annoying thing was about the construction work happening adjacent to the Hotel which has started very early. And this was a bit not so good. And definitely, the construction would definitely not happen through out the year :). But was a very good place for a stay.
