An amazing house and garden in a peaceful and quiet area of the island. The owners are very nice and very helpful. We were offered a lovely bottle of wine, tasty fruit and cakes. They were very accommodating and offered a late check out. The air conditioning works very well and the views are breathtaking !

There were 2 days with some works in front of the house. However, the owners were very helpful and sorted out the issue quickly. The following days were great.

Stand-out attraction was two kittens living at the property, but outside (the owner will take them home if guests don't want them around). Delightful, highly-sociable, a joy for cat-lovers! The villa is spacious, well equipped, fantastic view from the terrace, and guests have the whole properly. Lovely humourous touches like 'The Beach', an area with two sun-loungers, under a 'tree' with real palm fronds, and nearby fig trees. Outside tables, chairs, hammock, BBQ - all wonderful. Plus handy on-site parking. Anna responded v quickly to any requests, seems to know everyone in the area, pointed us towards source of safe, delicious spring water, straight from the mountainside

Minor point, but note that the aircon is only in the mainbedroom, not the main cooking/dining/living area (we opened the shutters in the cool of the evening, closed them by mid-morning to keep it livable).

Great view across the ocean. Very peaceful. Friendly owner. Great venue to rest. Require transportation to village.

Villa is very nice, location definitely suits our needs - it was far from noisy Masouri and close to climbing sectors such as Sikati, Secret Garden, Archi, Ghost Kitchen etc. After climbing you can go to Emporios for lunch/dinner and enjoy great food away from crowds. Or you can relax in hammock. Very close you have nice beaches: closes one is Pirates Bay (witch bars, restaurant, free sunbeds kayaks etc), Emporios (see above) Arginonta (heavenly blue water) and Palionissos. There's a lot of place to invite your friends for grill party outdoors. And of course - there is huge grill! Our host was great and helped us a lot - a person you can depend on. She even helped us get crutches for a friend who had an climbing accident and for that I'd like to thank her once again - that really made a difference and allowed him to enjoy his stay in spite of broken leg. We'll definitely come back.

Well - not something I didn't like, more like something to keep in mind: Villa Anna is away from civilization so you'll need scooter or car to get to places. But again - that's the price you pay for being in quiet, beautiful place.
