The location of the house was perfect for our plans. It was comfortable with a sauna. The host, Svetlana helped also when we had questions.

The only negative thing was for us that when we arrived ín the evening the temperature inside was low (18-19 degrees) for us (we have two small children) but our host helped immediately.

hot water, the major problem. We check in on December 8 at 8.30 pm, got hot water to bath at night. start December 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 got hot water to bath in the morning and no hot water for us to bath at night, I make a complaint, The host is coming to attend it, she did check and do the setting but the problem still pop out at night, no hot water for us to bath. On December 13 midnight, I have to move out immediately without hesitate from Townhouse to stay at Santa's hotel just because we don't have hot water to bath again at night. I buying so many cooking stuffs like eggs, chicken, prawn, pork, meat, pasta, instant noodle, cup cake, pie, butter and juice and milk for us to cook and for our breakfast...i need to throw all away. On December 14 morning, when The host check with Electrician Man then only notice that, there is an instruction to be given to the guest for the hot water matter, during that time i already check in to another Santa's hotel on December 13 midnight. i really not happy and very stress facing these hot water issue start December 9 to December 13 midnight in the cool winter plus with my boy is in high fever..... the money i spend by throwing away the cooking stuffs as what i mention, the money i need spend to pay extra night staying at Santa's hotel from December 13, 14, 15 and check out on December 16, the Taxi cost at night and Taxi waiting fare for us to pack our stuffs and clean and throw away the cooking stuffs, Townhouse owner should give some money compensation refund to me.

Everything was exceptional: the house is very clean, and it has all what you could need, also washing machine with drying facilities, dishwasher, and absolutely all the needed equipment in the kitchen. There were also tea, coffee, sugar, coffee filters, detergent for the washing mashines, and there was also some wood for the fireplace. And also the sauna was exceptional! So we had a wonderful vacation in this house!

Huge apartment with two restrooms and a laundry room! A lot of nice cleaning equipments are available to keep the environment clean as it is upon arrival. The apartment is very well furnished with anything you might need (there is even a nice reading spot in the bedroom!) Kitchen has plenty of tools in case you want to prepare dinner at home. There is also a big balcony and a large space to park your car. Airport is 5mins far from the location, 10 mins max from Rovaniemi city center. I loved that stay, regretfully we booked just for one night but I think it is a perfect place to spend relaxing holidays with a cozy atmosphere.
