We had a very nice stay , lovely and clean, excellent hosts who are very accommodating and thanks to the chef the breakfast was amazing.

Such a wonderful stay with amazing hospitality. Izzy & Peter went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They booked us a table for dinner on our first night, they stored our bike in a safe place and the even lent us their binoculars for one of our walks. The breakfast was delicious with cold and cooked options. Top quality local meat. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of room for a double bed, sofa and travel cot. Would recommend and stay again.

Fantastic hospitality. The owners Issy & Peter could not have been more welcoming & friendly. We had excellent service, pristine rooms & delicious breakfasts.

Breakfast was very good - we just went simple though. The owners, Izzy and Peter were super friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and would have enjoyed staying longer if our schedule worked. It is in an older building but recently reworked. Booking.com made a mixup on the credit card. I gave them the card and it seemed accepted. The host was not paid and asked about it and I found a note on my confirmation that the location did not accept credit cards which was not true. Izzy handled this very well - friendly question before our departure and all resolved, they took ours. I blame Booking.com

So from the moment we walked in it was perfect. It was clean and fresh. Izzy and Peter made us feel very welcome. The room had everything and more in it. Very clean and spacious. The shower was probably the best I've had, such great pressure 😁. It had little extras around the house that you could help yourself to, like little sweets or different tea bags etc. Being a fussy person with food, I do worry, but Peter and Izzy were very accommodating with all my needs. This is definitely! definitely! Worth going and staying. From walkers with dogs or just a quick break to chill. Thank you guys for a great stay.

Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our dog was welcome as well. Wonderful breakfasts. We will definitely stay again, loved the little extras.

What a lovely B&B with so many touches and additions more akin to a 4* hotel. Great hosts, very comfy bed, a shower that can pin you to the wall, brilliant breakfast and superb value. To cap it all there is a smashing pub just over the road. Best B&B we have been in for ages

Very friendly owners, Room maintained to a high standard. It is not just dog friendly, dogs are actively made to feel welcome with treats etc provided.

Stay was too short

Exmoor house was amazing, Terri and Austin were really kind and welcoming. We loved our stay end to end, we loved the room and breakfast. My son said it was the best breakfast away ever!!

Nothing really but if you held a gun to my head and needed something, I would say the Wi-Fi strength could’ve been a little better. Nothing that they could’ve really done as the weather was really appalling and caused a lot of the issues.

Everything was perfect! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay cosy & comfortable ! We went with our 8 month old and they made everything so easy for us!

Personal preference I prefer firmer pillows. And tv screen was a little on small side
