Нас встретила София, всё показала, ответила на все наши вопросы. 1. В квартире очень чисто, 2 спальни+гостинная , есть полностью укомплектованная кухня, большой холодильник. 2. Белье чистейшее, полотенец более чем достаточно. 3. Два кондиционера, работают отлично, но мы не пользовались. 4.Отличная терасса. 5. Парковка прям домом. 6. До моря под горку шли минут 10 не спеша, пляж хороший. Но обратно в гору не пошли, такси 4 евро. Нам все понравилось спасибо, обязательно приедем еще.

The holiday was fantastic.

It was clean and spacious. 3 separate bedrooms

a bit complicated with the hot water. you have to press a button every time when the water runs out.

The apartment has everything you need - two air conditioners, coffee machine, fridge, cooker... Also, there is a place for parking in front of the house.

Very nice proprety with a very nice view! Clean and confortable with a very nice and helpfull host!

Only 1 thing I can say as negative is that there are non mosquito nets!

A spacious apartment located in a quiet area of the city, within walking distance of Kalamitsa Beach. It has 2 bedrooms and a living room and it's suitable for 2 couples traveling together. It has a well equipped kitchen space, with everything necessary for self catering & also a washing machine. For the ground floor apartment, we had access to a terrace, where we were able to relax during the evenings. Parking is free & quite easy to find in front of the villa. Bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, so we were able to sleep very well during our stay. There are a few supermarkets nearby. The host, Mr. Evris, was nice and friendly and the communication with him was good, both before and during our stay. I recommend Evris House to those who want to visit Kavala and look for a correct value for money.

Everything was perfect. I cannot state a single item which needed improvement.
