The flat is nice and spacious, part of a 1970s building complex which is quiet and well maintained. It is really just a short walk from San Siro stadium, so it's perfect if you are visiting for football even if the game is late in the evening. The balcony/terrace is fabulous. You can get everything you need at the large Esselunga supermarket across the street.

The place has a grandma's house feel, and the ostentatious decor is quite something, but mostly impractical. I'm sorry to say this, but the general impression is that the owners want to maximize profit and minimize investment. The equipment is basic and the flat badly needs lots of maintenance work. Many things do not work, fall off, etc. In the bath tub, you can't regulate temperature and need a tool to open the drain. No towel handles, toilet paper keeps falling off, and the toilet flush is the most inefficient and archaic device I have seen. Very few plates, glasses, and kitchen utensils, it is hard to serve dinner for a family of 4 (especially since the owners do not provide washing machine tabs). You are in Italy but can't have a coffee because there is none, and no machine to make it, not even a moka. Unless you are in Milan for the stadium, the flat is not well located, takes 40 minutes to get to the center with public transport, and a taxi will cost you around 30 euros. On top of all this, the welcome message you get is a list of penalties for breaking house rules, and you feel like your hosts see all guests as potential thieves and criminals.

Als goodies hätte ich mir wasserflaschen gewünscht. Da man das wasser nicht wirklich trinken kann aus dem Wasserhahn. Die Elektrik könnte man verbesser. Einige Steckdosen funktionieren nicht. Aber das sind nur kleinigkeiten.

Qualité des indications pour le check-in, la taille du logement, son emplacement. Les commerces à proximités (supermarché juste en face) et la propreté impeccable.

Difficile de trouver une place de parking dans la rue, mais c'est possible en s'éloignant.

Entrée, couloir et salon plein de charme avec son marbre veiné d'antan au sol, Grand appartement avec une belle terrasse donnant sur l'arrière, ce qui contribue à amoindrir les bruits provenant de la rue. Appartement calme malgré l'âge de l'immeuble. beaucoup de facilités à proximité : supermarché et boulangerie juste en face; stations de métro à 15 minutes à pied. Propriétaires bien veillant et disponibles. Appartement très propre.

Le sommier du grand lit devrait être changé (bruyant). Les meubles dans la cuisine et la salle de bain mériteraient un petit rafraichissement.

Our host made it very easy to get to the building and the right appartment number and how to get the key for the appartment - this was very good communication.

The entire appartment needs to be refreshed in respect to furniture - beds are overaged and not good or comfartable - plus the kitchen furniture are overaged and need to be refreshed as well as the bathroom shower is not very modern and good - it was very difficult to adjust the correct temperature with the given armatures.

Location is far from the city center. It is difficult to find a car park and there is no clear indication about where and how to park. The apartment is very old and not renovated. The bathroom is very small and very old.
