Die Übergabe war mühsam, die Touristentaxe wurde um 23:00 nachts klingelnd von einen Jungen Mann geholt obwohl wir mit Kinder eingecheckt waren! Sehr frech! Die Sauberkeit war furchbar, schimmel an den wänden, sämtliche Möbel kaputt, Fenster mit Klebeband zugeklebt…

Apparemment vêtus, les photos proposées pour découvrir l’appartement ne représente pas la réalité. Taxe de séjour augmenté à la dernière minute payement exigé avant de prendre possession de l’appartement . Mauvaise odeur dans les douches, traces importante d’humidité sur les murs , dans une des chambres fenêtre condamné par de l’adhésif.

The positioning of the property is excellent. The Sagrada Familia is not far away (5-7 minutes of walking distance). The property itself is quite big (more than enough space for 6 travellers (we were 3 pairs)). There are a lot of bedrooms (3 separate rooms with double beds + 1 separate bedroom with 1 single bed + walk through rooms with addtional beds (+3 more beds)). As a total, you can accomodate 12 people. Unfortunately the kitchen can not accomodate so much people, I believe 6 is its maximum. The were 3 fridges in different parts of the apartment (we used only the one from the kitchen) and I believe there are 2 (3?) TVs (we used 0 of them, that was not our point of interest). WiFi signal's strength was quite OK, even in the farest bedroom of the property. The access to the property is done through using electronic keys via installing an application on your phone, as a result, if you have data-roaming, you had no problem accesing the property.

Cleanliness was not impecable. Furniture was not new and needs some replacement. After all, the beds (we used 3 of them) and bathrooms (there are 2 of them, and we used them both) were OK and that was the main point. Just to remind, I don't know how you shall access the entrance door, in case you have no internet access for installing the door's application. (every time you want to enter, you need internet availability to press the button to open the door)

one of the worst property i have stayed in. Air conditioner were not operational when the temperature in barcelona was 30 degree. The washroom opposite the main entrance had water clogging issue. Water use to clog and over flow to the main entrance. The bathroom towel and the bed sheet were stinking very poor quality. No hot water kettle in the kitchen.

wonderful location, very close to metro, lots of room for our large group, full kitchen well equipped.

construction or renovation on other rooms began very early and ceiling plaster was falling, very frightening for children and very early in the morning for adults. Not worth the cost.

The location is great. The house is big and has a lot of beds. Metro and supermarkets close by.

First of all, when we arrived there we had no clue on how to enter the building, I needed to call the lady to know. They should send some information via e-mail. The house is not like in the photos. It is in bad condition, it is not spotless clean. The bathroom water takes too long to get hot and has no pressure at all (I was not able to properly wash my hair). The kitchen cabinets are broken and the living room blind cover is missing. The morning we were leaving (they told us at 11h) and at 10:30h the next family was there on the door with the cleaning lady knocking on the door. This is not admissible.
