kami tiba awal tapi. kami tunggu sampai waktu check in tapi hampa, kami terpaksa diminta lagi menunggu sehingga setengah jam, tp keadaan bilik air pun kurang bersih. seterika ada tapi kotor kerana ada getah yang melekat, dan agak lama untuk mendapatkan respon dari helpdesk.

Teribble what a nightmare. Thats all i can say. I check in to the unit just 10min i can stand after that check out. The operator is lousy and keeps me waiting for every question that i ask. Better avoid.

Basement parking. Need to climb up the stairs to 1st floor before get in to lift. Difficult for old pple and small children. Also need to carry a lot of stuff.

Additionally, the dark environment poses potential safety risks for guests. 3. **Elevator Problems:** Only one of the two elevators was operational during my stay. The non-functional lift was poorly indicated, with a sofa blocking its entrance, making it inconvenient for guests and potentially hazardous in case of an emergency. 4. **Outdated Facilities:** The hotel and restaurant bore signs of aging, contributing to an overall unappealing ambiance. The dated appearance of the building and restaurant did not match the expectations of a comfortable and modern stay. 5. **Questionable Surroundings:** The presence of a loan shark shop at the entrance added an unwelcome element to the hotel's surroundings, further diminishing the sense of safety and comfort. In summary, this hotel falls short in various aspects, from cleanliness to safety and overall upkeep. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodation options.

The window in the master bedroom do not have lock. hence make a breezy creepy sound of air at night. My kids cannot sleep.

This is my 1 st time stay at this area . It is location at the centre.

My bedroom smells paint. My pillowcase also smells.

The location was good, the house was comfortable and good for family to stay.

They should improve on shower hook at master bathroom, as it fall down when put the hand shower there. Other than that the house was very good.

Water heater langsung x panas..peralatan mandi semua kt lantai..papan gosok baju tiada..bantal nak tidur kembung mcm bola..semalaman kami tak dapat nk tito..selimut n bantal buat badan kami gatal2x..flush jamban x ley guna..sangat2x kecewa..dalam almari ada kayu arang..mungkin untuk hilangkan baru cat..banyak perlu diperbaiki…

Out unit was on level 4. 1. The location is great- u don’t have to travel far for food and attractions. Extra parking is charged RM 10/night. 2. Self Check-in instructions were clear and hassle free. 3. The staff handling the room was very friendly and attentive, felt very welcomed upon arriving until check out. Other staffs at the counter were very nice and helpful too. 4. The unit was exactly like what u see in the photos so we’re quite satisfied with that. Other reviews mentioned about unit being in an old building so knew what to expect before arriving. 5. Wifi is quite fast, streaming was seamless.

1. The unit was a bit dusty, floors could use a good mopping and then some. 2. This unit is a part of an old building (don’t be put off by the building exterior though), so u need to manage your expectations. We didn’t use the wardrobes due to the musty smells (but they’re not necessary either). Using 3 water heater in the bathroom at the same time would cause a blackout, so we took our turns. 3. Nothing much in the kitchen (small and not many tools) but we didn’t do any cooking either (just boiling water using the electric kettle and reheating some food using the induction cooker). 4. Unit is by the roadside so a bit noisy but we were out most of the time during the day anyway and went straight to bed when we came back so not really an issue for us. 5. No fans in the bedrooms, so bring your own desk fan or whatever if you’re likely to feel stuffy.

Location is okay, stores around there

The house is totally different from the photo posted, the photo given is more new and modern style but the house is very old, old-fashion, and looks like haunted house - No WiFi provided (been asked for few times for the password but the agent didn't give, and can't see any router there) - Main door cannot lock (said will send people to fix but didn't show up) - Toilet cannot flush and smelly - floor is dirty and the carpet is smelly - the tables and cupboards is dusty and there's some rubbish inside the cupboard - been told to checked in on 3pm but we reached there after 3pm around four the house still not yet ready

The location is very stragic

The place not very clean, floor has a lot of clump hairs and dust. Sinks was dirty. The heater only for shower, not at sinks and toilets. During the stay overall is ok but very unfortunate we did not check the electric devices provided. Was accused for broken tv and they ask us to pay RM1100. Deposits also not return. Better check all before stay and leaving the apartment. Or else, will face same issue like us. They said will lodge police report to things we do not know. During our stay, we also request to have a broom but not provided until check out. Iron also not provided as they said.

The location was great. Near to most attraction places. The building was old but the unit looks good with new interior and everything. Have parking lots but need to pay extra RM10 if you come with more than 1 car. Wifi is excellent as well.

Water pressure quite unstable. One room has constantly problem with the water heater. Location can be pack with traffic on weekend and public holiday because the building is on the main road. Maybe can provide microwave to reheat foods.

Spacious, it had 4 bedrooms. Very comfortable for family of 7.

The kitchen stuff was old. Cutleries were unclean. Couldn't even get hot water as there was no kettle.

Apartment was decorated nicely and located near many food spots. Host was also really nice and responsive to my questions! 😊

Apartment was in a really old building that looks rundown but theres a 24 hours helpdesk for the hotel side. It was rather dirty; curtains had dust and dirt on it, toilet and shower had spider and lots of dust too. The shower in one bedroom cannot work too.

Room #510. Can't connect to Wifi .Toiletries are not replaced. Share switch for fan and lamp at main hall. Door lock not safe.

Staff friendly and helpfull

If provided more dustbin and repair the refrigerator , it would be great
