WiFi need enhance

Room was very clean, bed was perfectly comfortable. The shower didn’t drain so well which was ok for me but I pitied the housekeeper. The tv only had a few channels, no cable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The pool was very big and inviting, though could use a cleaning. We did swim anyway- it is Georgia after all.

My baby had an accident on the bed blankets and sheets, we tried to call down to room service to ask for another blanket. They said we couldn’t get another blanket until the morning- we were leaving in the morning. We had to sleep with no comforter. The pillows were very uncomfortable and so was the bed. Also the hotel states NO SMOKING- however our hallway smelled like straight smoke and weed.

We enjoy the stay housekeeping clean the room better

The front desk staff and manager were very rude and racist toward Blacks. Which I find very odd and a bit unsettling considered that they are minorities as well.

I have enjoyed the service and the room. It's so clean.

The rooms were decent for the stay. It’s near almost everything, mall, grocery store etc. the staff is nice and the breakfast was great

It was nice and quiet could have been just a little cleaner in the room as there was hair on the toilet and the WiFi was spotty so the tv kept going in and out

Decent place, good beds. It was a little bit run down, and there was mold on the ceiling of my shower.

Hotel was great for the price, I would only recommend changing the breakfast. Alternate meat and egg choices, the hotel is well kept, quiet and friendly staff. Housekeeping could definitely do a deep Clean, but not near nasty! Great hotel for the price and minutes Away from a lot to do! Will stay again if in the area

First of all, for 2 hours, your front desk person claimed he couldn't find my reservation, although Expedia verified I do have one. Then, your front desk wanted me to cancel my reservation and pay the hotel directly at a higher rate. Suddenly, he decided to use my ID to find my reservation but but i wasn't allowed to stay unless I found $50 for a deposit. This is my 2nd time this week staying at your BW. I said I didn't have to pay a deposit last time, so why do I have one now? I told him I was limited on money and had nowhere else to stay. He replied his boss said if I don't pay the deposit, I can't stay. The entire ordeal made me miss a meeting at my new job. The next evening my children came to visit yesterday, and they were treated rudely by your staff. My children were accused of taking too much of your complimentary items when in fact the "Black" children that really took items were not my children (all Black people do not look alike or act alike). Complimentary means you provide, and if I have 4 people drinking coffee and each one uses 4 creams and 4 sugars, that's not excessive use of complimentary items. So, even if it was my children, where is the problem? The phone in the room didn't work, and the soap dish in the shower fell off the wall.

My stay was good. Room was clean the sheets on one of the beds had stains and our bedside lamp didn’t work but overall it was a good stay.

Nice place to stay staff is very nice

Very clean, free parking nice pool great quiet place to stay and family friendly. Across the street has a Waffle House and near by have many restaurants to choose from. Have many shopping areas and Cumberland mall 10 minutes away. Not a bad mall.

When I arrived the fire alarm going off everyone outside Check in room smoke of smoke linger No working Tv I got up and left at 4am because I wasn’t comfortable or satisfied

Terrible water pressure. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

I really enjoyed the hospitality ofnthe staff. Everyone was polite and when you needed something they wouldnt hesitate or give attitude they made sure our stay was comfortable.

The cleaning

Hotel was located in a good area and the outside of it was clean. But when you went in the lobby there was a a smell like raw eggs.The rooms when we got them was clean but the towels were stained and dirty throughout all the stay and we had to buy our own. The next morning they didn't fixed our beds they only changed towels and that's it (but again towels were dirty all 4 days we were there). The bathroom had a pee smell since we got there like if it wasn't cleaned. And the rooms next to us had dirty towels outside for more that 2 days and nobody picked them up. For breakfast it said it ended at 9 but around 8 there was anything, just some yogurt and some fruits left. Never refilled the breakfast.

Linens on both beds were dirty on arrival. Took three hours to get it resolved. Asked for an extra pillow and blanket two evenings in a row, was told it would be brought the next day, never happened. Rate was great, and I do understand you get what you pay for, but even accounting for that, its a no for me in the future.

The hotel has been renovated just enough to attract guests. The rates are competitive, but the rooms could use a little extra attention. There is no way to phone the front desk. Security might be best served if the back door were not left unlocked - you might think you need a key to get in, but the door is just unlocked for everyone.

Quiet peacefully

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Upon check-in one of our TVs wasn't working, (I had 2 rooms). We reported it, and while we were out that day, it was fixed upon our return. The staff was apologetic and courteous.
