Unsafe and Dirty motel not hotel! Dont be tricked by this bait a switch like I was! The property has no lobby just a locked window to pass stuff through so they dont get robbed because it's in a bad area of town. There are homeless people who are in the parking lot, so be careful of your vehicle. Then the room they gave us smelled awful, like an overwhelming cinnamon and chemical smell, the door has been clearly damaged from the room being broken into , there were stains on the sheets, the mattress is covered in covered plastic, even the walls were filthy. I immediately checked out and they were not interested in the slightest as to why I was unhappy or leaving. We were in the room for exactly 27mins because it felt unsafe to be there! Then they lied about it to Expedia and said we were in the room for over an hour so we couldnt get a refund. If you're a female traveling alone for your own safety DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was comfortable, but the perimeter outside was full of cigarettes butts and trash!!

The staff at this property are very hospitable and welcoming.

Room was musty, and smelled of mold. I woke up sick the next day with a cough and a weezing sound. The air did not help at all as it seemed to be making things worse. I left rhe next day and ate the cost of the second night because i was not staying another night.

Last 2 days door wouldn’t work and the sink was broken

The room mailed he said they were queen’s bed, but they’re not room. Small employees rude. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was very clean and near restaurants also good for my dog. We had a pleasant stay.

I spent two nights here on a business trip. Other than the fact that the building is rather old and has been painted multiple times inside and out. It was very clean and very safe. I will stay here again.

There was trash in our room when we checked in. Blankets had cigarette burns. Smelled old. I let the guy at front desk know to only be told tell management in the morning. The people next to use stood outside their door smoking. Signs everywhere that say no smoking sitting so many feet. This place had gone down hill.

Dirty.stinky Also.at check in. That person was so rude Never going back to that. Hole.

Everything was very old and most doorways were falling apart with paint over it. The outside was dirty with trash everwhere.

The room smells like cigarettes.

Just about everything seemed okay until the couple next to me began fighting. It literally sounded like the man was beating up the woman. Several people opened their doors and stepped out. I couldn’t take it anymore. At 2 am I packed my things and left. That’s what time I checked out.

After midnight the door key stopped working, had to stand out in the cold to get another key. Staff person was very argumentative as to why the key wasnt working.

The lady in the front was very friendly; however, I am not sure if there were families living in the hotel rooms next to us but they were so loud. I had an important meeting the next day and they were up screaming, yelling, kids crying, all until 3 am. I could not sleep.

I liked the service, and the hotel was clean and pleasant, the only thing was that there was no TV control hahaha, they must have forgotten to leave it there, but everything was fine from there… 👍

Staff is mean and unfriendly. Doesn't allow late check out. All other places allow late check out at least at 11:30 am the next day.
