Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful room was nice d comfortable if I have a negative is give more choices on television programming bigger selection not just the basics

I pre checked in then the lady who checked me in basically made me redo my check in, for the price point I'd expect at least get breakfast in the morning I could have went and stayed at La Quinta and got at least juice for breakfast and half the price

Something to keep in mind is this hotel is a processing hub for military recruits. Which I think is a main reason the rate is ad high as it is. Staff was very friendly and helpful no matter what time I went down to the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. I can see how parking might be a problem but we lucked out and got a spot out front each time.

Reasonably nice facility, but in something of a desert, particularly if you aren’t driving.

The hotel is dated and needs some TLC. Exterior doors are not checked to make sure that they haven't been left open for others to come in without the proper access.

Property was clean and convenient. There were no extra blankets (my mom was cold)... The room was pretty dark but the curtain wouldn't close all the way, the sliver of light was very bright since we overlooked the parking lot. The desk clerk when we arrived was very nice and got us to our room quickly. I wish there had been an included breakfast, but the coffee was good.

Air conditioner emitted a musty odor. The hotel is sooo old that no amount of updating can help it. The area is also very run down. The man at the front desk was nice. The bed was comfortable.

Fine. Never came to clean the room, but that was OK. Refrigerator so cold everything froze, but I dealt. Nice people

My first room was awful: stains on the carpet and side tables, dust webs in a corner by the window, a dead spider in another corner, a broken bathroom hook ... the elevator broke down one morning.... It was a lot. Management (very friendly) did the best they could: moved me to a new room, free grab-and-go breakfast, a late check out. My new room had a hideous and loud rattling coming from the bathroom vent that was never fixed, but it was definitely cleaner. The challenge, really, is with corporate. This location needs new carpeting, new furniture, and serious renovation. Nothing can change that it's right next to the freeway in a forgotten part of town, but if it were really nice it would bring many more customers with business at American River College just down the road (and maybe front desk staff would be more joyous). Ultimately, they tried, and I appreciated the effort. Corporate, please help these folks.

It's not what they advertise.

It was such a hassle being on the 5th floor and being a senior with only 1 elevator. There is no way to enter the building besides the front door. All hotels I’ve stayed at you can enter other doors with your key card. The AC rarely worked. Around 9 pm the AC starts kicking out HEAT! I tried turning it off to see if it needed to thaw (thinking it might be frozen over even though it was set at 76°). But it continued to keep doing it all night. Even though I was staying for 5 nights, no one came to do any room service. They said I was supposed to request it if I wanted it. Why put up stickers about Wyndham Green saying the sheets and towels will be changed daily if they won’t be changed at all? I was given a tiny partial roll of toilet paper and one full roll. Not enough for a female for 5 nights. I moved the tissue box over so I could supplement. The grounds are covered with weeds and cigarette butts. When I checked in the room card maker didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs (remember the single elevator that takes forever) while hauling all my luggage back down. The gal had the audacity to blame me for it! She said, “Oh, you just have put it next to your phone.” I hadn’t. It was the machine and maintenance had to come fix it. Even though I was staying for 5 nights, she keyed my room to expire after 2 nights. Meaning another trip back down and having to prove who I was to unbelieving staff. This also meant dealing with that elevator again. Not be staying here again.

Pool and hot tub not clean enough, never had towels. Poor customer service, had to wait long periods to get anything requested.

lots of highway noise and the carpet in the room was so spotted and warped that I didn't feel comfortable walking in bare feet.

It’s a good inexpensive place to stay. However the area is not the best. Our truck was broken into and 2 windows shattered so I would be very aware of this when staying here

It was a cost effective stay for one night. With cost effective stays brings all types of folks. Front staff was nice, only one elevator for the building, dated facility with “fresh paint”. Room was clean, AC worked. Would stay again .

Front desk worker was very VERY rude. He asked my wife what room/floor preference she wanted, and when she didn’t understand the options listed I asked him what the options were again. He very rudely put his hand up to my face, didn’t make eye contact, and told me that “I was talking to her, Sir”. I don’t know if he was racist ( I am filipino, my wife is white ), or if he didn’t know I was with her ( improbable, because I had been asking my wife questions about our reservation while he was helping her ). Either way, it was extremely rude. He tried to apologize after I walked away in silence but at that point I decided I wasn’t going to deal with him. The younger gentleman also working the desk was very polite and pleasant, thankfully.

I was very disappointed with the front receptionist, I did a pre-registration and it still took longer to check in. The guy was just dry and seems he doesn’t like his job. We won’t stay here in the future and don’t recommend.

No room service, broken remote for the tv in the room, the breakfast was supposed to be free but we got charged for it, they also charge for “to go” boxes. This hotel is deceiving and makes it seem like youll have a great stay. They dont even have daily house keeping.

Said free breakfast, but it was at a cost, so we went elsewhere. Dining room never open for dinner.....staff said they weren't at that level yet. Place was empty, Pool & hot tub clean, nice. Convenient for our needs to the grounds convention center. Also air conditioner didn't work to set, it was either blasting or had to turn it off.

Parking lot unlit and unsafe. Property was clean and nice. Although the bed was horrible and hard as a rock.
