Staff was super friendly when checking us in and when leaving. Loved the shuttle to Mohegan Sun just wish maybe there were a couple of them so we didn’t have to wait so long. Hotel is very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I was like sleeping on a cloud !! definitely will be back.

The room itself was very clean and a very spacious!
Our check in was unorganized and despite checking in at 5:00pm, our room had not been cleaned, so we had to wait while several other people checked in and went straight to their rooms.
While our room was clean, the elevator lobbies looked like they were getting remodeled/ worked on in a half assed manner.
When we told the person at the front desk that our room fridge wasn't working, they basically said "That's all we have" - not really a great answer or attitude.

The musty smell hit us in the face when we opened the door, the wallpaper was peeling away from the wall. It looks and smells like water damage that has never been addressed. I definitely would not recommend staying here, it looks okay from the lobby but the room is a holdover from the 70’s. It needs to be gutted and rebuilt.

The staff was great. Only one elevator was working which prolonged the wait. Checking was at 4 pm everyone had to wait in line to check in.

Did not like that the furniture was worn out and ice machine was only working on the fourth floor. We had to go to fourth floor to get ice. They put us by a room by the elevators

My non smoking room wreaked of cigarettes however the front desk clerk was willing to change our room but unfortunately we couldn’t then because we wound be late to our 6pm show. Also, we were looking forward to the shuttle drive to the casino as indicated on the site and we were told it wasn’t available on Sunday. So yes that was disappointing .

Convenient location & hotel amenities. Friendly and helpful staff but seemed a bit overpriced (>$200/nt) for the quality of the rooms during the time of my stay. Room cleaniness was fine. I did not find my bed very comfortable.

On the whole it was a pleasant stay the property is close to the Mohegan Sun venue (10m) where we saw Trevor Noah last Sun. We only regret we miss out on complimentary breakfast because it ended at 9am

For the night of the show at Mohegan it was great. Checked in, cleaned up, took the shuttle to the casino for dinner and the show. Shuttle ride is about 5 minutes. Felt confident I could have grabbed an Uber if needed as the shuttle stops running at midnight.

My third time in this property. I like it cause is quiet. This time only the service wasn't complete. No clean towels, and room service on the second day, but overall I liked

The hotel is on the older side. The moldy/musty smell in the room was horrible. The beds were very uncomfortable. The front desk staff were very nice.

The staff was very helpful with our travel plans. It was very very clean and secure. The free safe parking was a plus. As was the free shuttle service to and from the casino. It was a very pleasant stay. I will stay there again. Highly recommend

Room 422 has a terrible musty, damp smell. The rug was even wet in front of air conditioner. Tub is bad! This hotel needs a total overhaul. No working pool either
