Room was filthy. Extremely disgusting to the point I ended up renting somewhere else after 10 min.

The rooms need to be renovated. Tables are on even bed as uncomfortable. Ceiling is coming down toilet needs to be made sturdier

Everything was great while staying at the Best Western NASA. The hotel was not far from the mall in the area and a lot of restaurants that l can walk to from the hotel. My big disappointment came from the Exercise Facility. The exercise equipment inside the facility was either broken or non functional. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel but my biggest concern was not able to use the exercise equipment to work out in the fitness center.

Can get a little noisy from other guests and a little more t l c on upkeep of rooms lobby and breakfast area was very good staff very helpful

The floor in the hallway was unlevel, soft and irregular. The wall and trim were very poorly repaired. Toilet seat is loose; shower head was poor. Temperature control on shower was dangerous. I could never get just cold water and the cooler it got, the less water pressure. The best water pressure was strongest at hot but hot water was so hot that you would be scalded.
The toaster at breakfast was broken. Same breakfast both days: sausage and scrambled eggs with no toast.
The staff did their very best to help guests. It’s just a substandard facility.

The location is convenient and safe. They provided all the amenities that they offered.
The hotel was dirty and the carpets smelled bad. They offered queen size beds but provided full size beds. The restroom was unbelievable small, the door almost collided with the toilet. Overall, our stay was not pleasant and we cut our stay short, 1 night instead of 2, and we requested a refund for the 2nd night. We had to find a different hotel and that was an inconvenience.

I liked that the front desk was able to get us checked in earlier than 3PM.
I did not like that the surrounding area outside the hotel was littered with trash everywhere.

Everything was much more rundown than the website and pictures showed. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Our bathroom door wouldn't shut because the door can barely clear the toilet. The general cleanliness of the hotel was very lacking. Will not stay here again.

Staff was great. Helpful and friendly. Didn’t get to have breakfast due to leaving too early. Lobby smelled heavily of sewage, room did not thankfully.
Shower had broken tiles like someone fell in it and was very short ceilings. Bed was ok. Don’t expect extras like pillows or blankets in the closet. AC was cold. Overall was fairly quiet and clean at least. Asked for extra towels and was given plenty!
Overall just not the quality we are used to but it got the job done for a travel baseball tournament.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and fruits. Simple but made our tummys happy. Good location. Would stay here again!

checkin was easy. Front desk person very friendly, was able to change room for me since number of people changed. 3 of us in room, could have had more towels, soap. AC was great, bed okay for one night. breakfast items looked good, we did not have any since we were going to a 5K race. pool was okay,clean

I booked the room through hotels.com picked a room with 2 queen beds. Paid for said room. When I arrived 2 1/2 months later. I was told they had a room for me but only had a room with one king for 3 adults!!! They were completely full and said my reservation only guaranteed me a room not a room type. I hid other family staying in the hotel and we were able to work something out between us that let us all be able to sleep more comfortable.
I don’t know why you can pick your room type if they are not going to give you what you picked and payed for. The prices were different for the room types. I picked a room with 2 beds because we needed two beds!!! Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend since they can’t guarantee I can have the room I reserved.

I checked in and the tv and refrigerator didn’t work in my room so they gave me a different room. Then they checked in another family and gave them access to my room. A whole family of 5 waltzed into my room and they apologized and said who are you again so we can fix it in the computer. The facility is also run down and I had to beg for towels. Don’t stay here.

Check in was easy and professional. Sheets and towels clean. Carpet looks and smells disgusting. They most of had a leak cuz they had a carpet dryer in the hallway. Carpet looks like it had not been vacuumed in months. Bathroom door wouldn’t close because the floor is warped. The water came out black so we decided not to shower. The continental breakfast was ok.

This hotel is old , dirty, and, unsafe. The room had a musty smell, the bathroom was dirty and there were shady people walking around outside the hotel.

Always stay here when we visit the Webster area. They are a very comfortable place. Great place for family with special needs kids too!

I'm in NM and my husband just got out of the hospital in Houy, he was walking. The front desk, a man and a woman, said they didn't have it THEN charged me! Would NOT give a refund AND ITS THEIR FAULT! They would not take responsibility! Very very poor service, they'll rob you, watch out!

It was an great location for us to stay and staff was very nice and it was a reasonable value.
