Functional but perfectly decent hotel near the freeway, a very convenient place from which to explore Galveston and the nearby space centre. Comfortable room, breakfast much better than I was expecting.
Coffee maker in the room a bit rubbish.

Breakfast was great with a nice variety of foods. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Location was excellent, and
easy access to I45 and a great variety of restaurants. It may have been the quietest hotel we’ve ever slept in, even though it was busy.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Property and room were very clean. Friendly staff.
I wish breakfast was open a little bit later. They closed while we were in the dining area still actively eating. Daughter was still thirsty and hungry but they had closed.

Asked for more towels and coffee three days in a row and never got them. Family staying over us had kids jumping off the bed for two hours from 10-12 pm. Called the front office once and then got up and dressed and had to go down to the desk.

It was clean and comfortable
I’m very disappointed, we stayed 2 nights and on Monday we checked out. I forgot a pair of diamond studs, we called Monday evening to retrieve the earrings but “ nothing was turned into lost and found”

When my card did not go through that morning before my stay they called me but never left a message. So when I got to the hotel my room was given away. Thank goodness the manager saw we were taken care of.

The beds were more comfortable than most, I slept great!
The breakfast was not great, good variety but always sooo busy and many things were always out even early in the service time.

staff were friendly and accommodating because we had to change rooms. I booked a room and it was handicap then they put us in a room that was not handicap.
The pool was down the entire trip and the breakfast was without pancakes and juice and that was hard when you took kids.

breakfast was good
our last night we had our door banged 3 times about 20 minutes apart. when I tried to dial the front desk my hotel phone wouldn’t connect. I had two 11 yrs with me and it scared them.

Awesome location. Desk clerks were super friendly. Room was perfect. Bed was nice and soft. Very roomy. Loved having microwave and refrigerator also. This room felt super cozy.
That I didn't get to stay longer. I'll be coming back for sure.
