I was there for my granddaughter‘s wedding. It was very easy to find my way around the hotel, even though it was large.

What an amazing hotel the Venetian is. You may think that because of its size a few things may fall through the net or go unnoticed. No chance. The entire resort screams luxury, money & class. Every inch is attended to with the best even "standard" rooms.
In true Vegas standard you wouldn't even have to leave the resort if you didn't want too, everything you could want is there, from food to drink to the new Sphere on the side.

The bed was very uncomfortable, hard as a rock. The pillow top was completely compressed with deep troughs on both sides of the bed. Making it impossible to get a good nights sleep.

Lobby reeks of smoke, especially the casino area. Annoyingly loud, irritating music at the pool deck was extremely disrespectful to those who just wanted to relax. We asked the pool deck manager to turn down the speakers and he said he couldn't, but suggested that we pick up and move to the Palazzo pool area, which was fully occupied. We've never had an experience like that in any hotel. Won't be returning...

Incredible hotel! Beautifully clean. Perfect location. Could easily stay here for a few days and not have to leave the hotel grounds. Right next to Sphere. Check in was speedy and was given my $25 credit voucher (gold member) without having to ask. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

The property is excellent, and the condition of the rooms is very nice. However, there was construction noise during this day. One of the dealers at the craps table was extremely rude and unprofessional.

It is a well known hotel of course, the pools were amazing, the room was fantastic, my children loved the room and the sitting area inside. I really enjoyed the hotel and immediate surroundings. Well situated. I do hate to say I did not like the big 'resort fee' and extra pay for parking. This should both be included in the price of the hotel.

Exelent location near the sphere, my room face it, but the service it's bad (we have to walk through the casino with luggages to go to the room(by the way Palazzo, not venetian).Too noise for families ( not the room, I mean the front desk and and entire hotel.The Palazzo it's and old hotel .I give a 6 about 10.

The room was lovely with a great view of Sphere. It was quiet and very comfortable. I did get lost quite a few times before I figured out the layout.

The only disappointment was that the majority of the pool area didn't get sun until about 1pm each day. Also being directly next to the Tao part of treasure island ( it think), it was extremely loud blasting music at the pool due to Tao being the "Party Pool". We had a King Suite that was amazing. Spendy but amazing.

The pool area did not have access to official personnel except for wait staff and lifeguard. Both of whom did nothing when other people started a conflict with my myself and my mother-in-law. Felt unsafe after this!

Paid for upgraded room. Bathroom pocket door was warped and didn't close correctly. Air vent was filthy. Not enough servers working the pool area. People delivering food to pool area were very slow. Not many smiling faces on hotel staff. This is not the "luxury" atmosphere I was under the impression I was paying for. Very disappointing. I know the hotel is undergoing a upgrade and renovation, but this resort experience was very underwhelming. Tried reaching out to hotel but no one returned the call. Not surprising.

Celebrating our 34th anniversary had a great time! First time here, living in Las Vegas 7 years and never been here! We will be back! However parking is very expensive for locals and overnight guests! $40 is to high.

I had very high hopes for this 5-star property. It would have lived up to it's reputation had it not been for the nasty sofa in my 24th floor suite. It looked like an auto-mechanic had been sitting on it.
The view of The Sphere was fantastic.

Amazing 2 nights at Venetian Resort. It was our first time in Las Vegas. The hotel was very well located with many facilities inside and outside. Ability to do shopping withing the Canal Shopes and a large variety of choices in terms of restaurant. I highly recommend this place and for sure will book again if I have another opportunity to come back.

So this hotel has aged since our last visit 10 years ago. Beautiful front desk, lobby, pools, and exterior but the room was darker and worn out. No wow unlike 10 years ago with respect to the room. It overlooked a pool. Giant bathroom with a great shower and tub. We were too tired to request another room. Wish they acknowledged our 25th wedding anniversary with something.

I love this property because its clean, staff is friendly, and the guest seem to enjoy the amenities. This trip we didnt even have to leave the property for fun, food, shopping, etc....except for the concert and shows that were off campus. Will stay here again.....and will bring my family/kids as they will enjoy what the property has to offer as well.

First room they gave me smelled of cigarette smoke and carpet was all stained. Moved me to another room. Tried to say it was an upgrade to a “city view” but was really just a view of the back of another casino. This new room was stale and obviously not thoroughly cleaned from the prior guests as there were bud light bottle tops still left on the carpet. No smell in the room but the bed was uncomfortable and overall just outdated. Based on other places I have stayed for a similar price I would not stay again. The casino/shops/restaurants were good and worth a visit. Canyon Ranch spa was top notch.

My husband and I have stayed here four times, and this was the worst experience. Came this trip with friends, and all four of our rooms were not clean. Dust under tables, spots on mirrors,and my room had M & M on the floor by the bed, and someone's sock. Then I found a quarter on the floor. All in all the rooms need to be updated for the stars they have received. Unfortunately there are nicer updated hotels now on the strip. The food was good in the Yard Bird's restaurant. Hotel staff was pleasant.

Extremely clean and the staff wants to make you are happy and go out of their way to help you. Whether you are lost finding your room or the ice machine. Even you do not need your suite cleaned each day they always check to make sure you have enough towels and supplies for the room

Stay was okay, construction taking place over our head for a complete 8 hours!
Needless to say while on vacation, no one wants to hear banging, drilling, or hammering for 8 hours straight....

Best Hotel I have ever stayed in. Only down fall was no ice machine on are floor. The gave us a free upgrade to a garden view. Will not stay any where else
