Great room, smelled fresh and clean, breakfast food was very good. The only thing preventing us from giving five stars overall is the hot water was only lukewarm in the showers that we took both night and morning.

The stay was great. I was here with my family during the November holiday rush, and the front desk staff checked us in as quick as possible. We had a small issue with the hot water in our bathroom shower. We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance person reasonably quick given that this was during the busy holiday period, and they resolved the issue for us promptly. The breakfast was included with our stay and was decent.
The location of the hotel is great as well, right at the entrance of the Grand Canyon national park, near a lot of great restaurants.

Service was excellent from the moment we got there at 11pm all the way to our checkout at 9am. The receptionist helped us with finding parking and gave us tips on getting to the grand canyon in time for the sunrise. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, there were lots of options for adults and kids. The canyon was actually a 10 minute drive not 6 minute as they describe. Eitherway, very close.

We had a comfortable room. A pleasant suprise was the paper roses made of toilet paper attached to the rolls on the wall. What a nice touch.
Breakfast was great, especially the cinnamon rolls, but there were sausage, eggs, bacon, southwestern omlets, etc. We would stay again.

Stayed one night for our stop over at the Grand Canyon. Overall it was pretty decent, my only reason to knock stars off was that the floors didn’t look like they’ve been vacuumed, lots of stuff on the ground in the room. Also the carpet was a tad bit sticky, definelty wouldn’t want to walk barefoot. Bring slippers.

The staff was so nice! The beds were a little stiff for my liking but that’s just my opinion. The water pressure was excellent, although the tub did drain super slow it doesn’t take away from the experience. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! There were so many guests eating at one time but the staff was completely on it. Definitely would recommend staying here

One of the worst hotel stays we’ve had! The accessible room we requested was at the end of a long hallway which was a difficult walk for us! The room didn’t feel very safe as every outlet was loose!! My wife needs a CPAP and we couldn’t plug it in securely without putting something under the plug to support it and keep it from falling out! There is an outlet behind the bed that lamps were plugged into that was in direct contact with the mattress and those plugs were loose as well. The tub had handrails but was still not accommodating for mobility challenged individuals and they didn’t have any shower chairs to offer!
I know it’s in a popular location for the Canyon visitors so they probably fill up pretty quickly, but still disappointed based on what we payed!!

The rooms were ok. Asked for Housekeeping and the never came. We were there for 2 nights. Breakfast was good. Good variety and tasty. The restaurants in the area were expensive and i would not recommend plaza Bonita. I got food poisoning from there.

Nice place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon. We stayed in the adjacent building (King Suites) and had a therapy pool (large jacuzzi) and our own breakfast area for that building. It was quiet, clean and the bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was super friendly and responsive to any request. Very clean. Breakfast was great. I would 100% stay here again, when I visit the grand canyon again I will stay here again no doubt.

The staff was great, the rooms need some remodeling. The first room we got to he AC did not work but they quickly put us in another room. The beds are firm if you like that and water pressure is okay, and be careful of the water temperature, it can change quickly and could scald you if not careful. Overall, it was a good one night stay and safe place to sleep.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Is very close to grand Canyon Visitor center. The breakfast is good. Unfortunately in that area there are not very good alternatives of restaurants for dinner.
Anyway i would suggest this hotel to the future guests.

It was a very quiet location, a second building that appeared that Holiday Inn just acquired. Not much parking but we did always find a spot when we came back. The second building was at the end of the street so that was great, hardly any traffic. Our room had a balcony!
