Very clean room.Comfortable bed.Nice to have free breakfast.

Our AC wasnt working. By the look of it, it hasnt worked in a while. By the time someone could come and determine it wouldnt work there were no other rooms. The "manager" called someone and asked if we could move to a different property but it was not a better location and we were traveling with friends.

This is a fine place to sleep for the night. The kitchen/ breakfast area is quite new looking and well stocked. The carpets are dirty or stained, as is the furniture in the room. The desk chair was broken. It looks like a lot of people have slept here. Despite that, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. I really just needed a place to sleep after a very full day on a work trip, and this was fine for that. The front desk person when I checked in was very professional and friendly.

Exit door on side building wasn’t shut unless you force it Someone exit not look back that door would stay open through the night Room we stayed was next to laundry room and room smells like laundry soap it was way too strong

This property should be removed from your recommendations. Property is deplorable. Thought the hotel was not in operation when entering the parking lot. Rechecked address. Went inside hesitantly. Did not feel comfortable. Checked in with hesitation. Hallway was unlit, narrow and dirty. Opened door to room immediately turned around and put keys in checkout box and left. DID NOT STAY THERE Facility should be condemned.

The website said that they offer shuttle service to and from the airport. However, they wouldn’t answer their phone - even after I had called the day before and talked to the desk clerk who promised that he would be there until 11:00. He was there, but we called for 40 minutes and finally paid a shuttle service $22 each to take us there. The next morning he was away from the desk all through our breakfast. We finally asked another hotel guest to take us the short distance to the airport. Very frustrating. Also the place has 2 stories, but no elevator!

No hot water until almost 11 pm the evening I arrived. Paid for a king size bed, as an upgrade, room had two queens. No help fro the staff, blamed it on Expedia

Room was clean. Shower water only lukewarm, dripping faucet issues when faucet was turned off. TV reception and channels ok. Staircase right next to our room creating a lot of traffic sounds while in the room especially during the night. Breakfast average.

Booked a king and got two queens. The place is a little run down and older, so noise from adjacent rooms was louder. Maid service was good. No elevator, had to carry luggage up the steps.

Ruined and filthy carpet, shower faucet was a coming out of the wall, the safety dead bolt on the door was broken off, the ceiling was wet with a water leak, the window screen was broken and hanging off the window. Yuck, yuck, yuck.

Mostly negative and certainly not if $200 value a night. Beds And heat and force if shower Ok. Too small crowded room and tiny bathroom. Ridiculously tiny sitting chair ( is this a joke): looks like for a kid or pet; handle of shower fell off; was able to put it back on. Breakfast average . Below average on eggs( probably made from dry powder) and muffins. Coffee and orange juice good. Grounds need major improvement. Under benches cigarette butts not only outside door but also under front bench along 50 where I also took out a plastic bottle stuffed in opening of bird house. In long rectangular cement hole ?? (Was it for for plants?) Dead plants in containers were thrown. Someone needs to do a major improvement of grounds with well maintained plants so it is pleasant to sit outside. There were 2 of us and we wanted to have bill split in payment which staff indicated could be done. One of us paying for one night and the other for the second night. This became a difficult process and the second staff person there the morning of us leaving trying to see the was done raised his voice. In general an unpleasant stay and even $100/ night would seem too much. I will never stay there again.

Overpriced for what you get. Staff who checked us in was friendly but the next morning, not so much. Breakfast was terrible. Eggs were perfect and overcooked, very little variety and the biscuits were dry and hard. Bed were hard, towels were thin and rough as were the sheets. Everything was old & rundown and the area is not great. This was a $75 room that they're chatting $150 for. We expected more for the price.

Great stay! We love the beds and the service. The carpet needs updating.

A child’s shoe was on the floor. Interior doors had patch spot paint. Tape on the carpet.

The property was very run down and not taken care of. The carpet was frayed, the door would not shut to the bathroom, the curtains not hanging fully on rod, the shower was cold in the evening after dinner time and there was no elevator to the second floor for the luggage. Limited seating for breakfast (three tables only). Not what I expected based on your ‘8.0’ rating. It was a less than a 5.

I booked this through you for $89. The hotel up charged me to $109. This morning there wasn’t anyone at the desk for over an hour to resolve this issue. I just left after eating cereal with no milk. There was a broken lampshade in our room that should have been thrown away. There was missing wall receptacle covers in the hallway. There was no cleaning rags to wash our motorcycles even though there was a motorcycle was station out front. The washing machines in the laundry were broken. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet though. Will not be back.

Older property near industrial area and airport. No elevator! Ask for a first floor room if you don't like climbing stairs. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept well with earplugs in - necessary because the walls are thin. Having said all that, the price was right for the property and the staff was friendly. All in all, a good hotel to sleep in but not much else.
