Convenient location. Decent breakfast options. We were satisfied

Bathroom was not cleaned, lamps didn’t work, door did not lock, killed 3 roaches in just the little bit of time we were there. We checked out at 3 am due to a drunk girl beating down the door 3 or 4 down from ours from around 11:30 pm- then and the clerk not doing anything about it. You couldn’t go outside alone due to homeless living on the sidewalk at the end of the building. It was the worst stay I have ever experienced and will not be staying at any Ramada ever again.

Very nice staff. Rooms were extremely clean, everything worked fine It was nice little place convenient on and off for a one night stay while traveling. Being that close to the highway I thought it would be noisy, but the rooms were very quiet.

My stay was great. Bed was comfortable and just the right height. once we got settled in, we never wanted to leave the room.

The check in went smoothly. Whenever we got to the room it smelled pleasent and looked clean. Once it was time to settle in and shoes were off we noticed how disgusting the floors were. Stepping into the shower resulted in black foot prints due to the dirty Walmart feet. Afterwards we resorted to scrubbing a towel across the main walkways of the floor to try helping things. The beds and pillows were out of this world though. It was so comforting and so unfortunate that everyone else around us wouldn't partake in that same comfort. We were kept up all night by yelling, banging, door slamming, and stomping. Literally from all around. I'm aware that guests can't be controlled, but I do feel that insulation between rooms is sorely lacking. We have traveled A LOT and have never experienced such inconsideration from other guests. All in all... Cleanliness is eh, comfort of the room is top notch and surroundings SUCKED!

It was an old motel and I’m ok IF it is CLEAN. The room was not cleaned. Toothpaste on the mirror, hairs in the tub and all over bathroom floor, dirty hand towel and a big hair fell out of the washcloth when I washed my face. We asked to change rooms and the toilet seat cover was about to fall off in that one. It did look cleaner though. The second and last night they brought a little bar of soap and changed NO linens. Our bath towels and washcloths were still on the bathroom floor and no coffee was left so we couldn’t shower nor have a cup of coffee the next morning. They emptied no garbage The room reeked of urine. So, WHY did they bother to come in the room only to leave a bar of soap? What was I supposed to do with it?? If this is how Ramada operates we will never stay in another one again.

Very clean and very convenient

Everything was great from check-in to check out 2 days later. The front desk attendants were so kind, polite, and effective. Room was clean, comfortable, air was cold, water got really hot, parking was easy our entire stay. Nothing at all to complain about. Definitely would stay again.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke . The floor hadn't been mopped in a while. Our feet and socks were filthy. The breakfast bar was okay. The eggs could have been warmer.

Pool was very dirty and the shower walls have not been cleaned in a while

Stayed for a diving weekend and Blue Water Park. Hotel was convienent to Blue Water. Lots of dining options nearby Room was comfortable and cllean. The breakfast was okay but the dining area was too small.

Loved the room. Hated the breakfast area. No coffee, waffles, dried out shriveled sausage and Luke warm eggs. The upholstery on the chairs in the breakfast area was so dirty I didn’t want to sit on them.

The only negative was from my husband closed caption not available on the tv. He’s hard of hearing

We went with a group of students for a 1 night stay. It was what we needed for the moment, but the breakfast was very average, rooms are located outside which is always a concern. Would not stay with the fam. First room they have us was smokey. 2nd room was good. In general it was clean, location is great and the price even better.

Definitely not my first choice of hotels but needed a room last minute. Being located next to an interstate, I have to say the room was quiet overall. Breakfast was not worth it. First morning it was totally gone. Didn’t go back the next day. Located off an exit that has plenty of restaurant options.

The room was quite clean. In a property of that age I usually expect gritty grout and caulk, but not the case. It seems there was a room refresh as the furniture was modern, mirror was lighted, ample USB outlets, and "hardwood" floors.

Thanks for providing a clean safe space for my visit to the area for time with a special family for a “life celebration” occasion. The service was only 5 miles away… only right off the highway (yet somehow I didn’t hear any traffic from that busy interstate) & an easy commute back across the State Line when it was time to check out. If I come back, I’m highly likely to rebook this same Ramada! Be blessed.
