I was charged two resort fees one from Holtels.com and resort fee from the Arizona grand holts

Our stay was wonderful !!! Starting with the ambience of driving into the resort! The lighting and the beautiful water features and the different building’s design.The service was wonderful. Everyone so friendly and helpful. We did not golf, but our family loved the water park. We will definitely return!

Stayed here with family for an event held on property. Upon check in very late at night, we were treated poorly by the staff at the desk. Beyond that, while the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are old and shabby, needing a major update and not worth the price they charge. None of the nicer conveniences of newer high end hotels. It’s time for a renovation!

We didn’t stay. Room was not ready for more than 90 minutes after check-in time. When we went to retrieve the key, they tried to authorize another $85 after they already authorized $180 after we already paid on Hotels.com. They said that my credit card did not match my husband Credit card that was made reservation. I ended up leaving.

We loved staying here! The staff was very friendly. We stayed in the king suite and it was very cozy. The only downfall was that there was no microwave and they wanted $10 a night to add one. The private pools for the suites were incredible and overall it was a lovely place to stay.

Not grand at all. Room was okish, the bathroom and shower were one floor so when u showered you flooded the entire bathroom and the toilet area. Not worth the $400 for 2 nights and the resort fee was an additional $175 plus they made you do an additional deposit which at some point you get back. The water park was fun for the kids but i can take them to a different resort with way better prices.

Our time at the AZ Grand Resort was wonderful. We made lots of memories!! My only sugfestion is to make sure all the soap containers are filled in the bathroom and shower.

This resort was amazing. From check in, the spa, restaurants, the pool, and check out, everyone was so friendly and seemed to really care about your experience and making it positive and relaxing. The grounds are very well taken care of and the location was also perfect for us. I scheduled a massage and facials at the spa and it was amazing. I would highly recommend.

The phone was not working. The TV was not working. Property outage and not resolved during the stay. No credit offered.

I treated myself to two night here before having to move over to a hotel close to a conference for which I am in town. The staff was unbelievably nice; I had a guest come to visit who came to the lobby and wasn’t sure how to find my building. Someone jumped to give them a ride over on a golf cart which was great in that high heat!
Being able to do some work for a while in the room and then go take a turn around the lazy river was an ideal working vacation.
It is also extremely close to Arizona Mills mall, which came in handy.

Purchased the stay specifically for the water park resort. They wouldn't let us check in until 4pm. We checked in, went to the hotel and changed to swim gear and excitedly made our way to the water park. It closed at 5pm! We were not allowed to go! I told the desk amd they didn't care. I was still charged the water park fee even tho it wasn't usable. I was also charged 2 extra phantom 18 dollar fees that they could only explain were "convenience fees" place is a sham... Do not waste your time or money

We had a great time with our teenage children at the water park! We are locals who typically do one staycation every summer. This visit was perfectly timed with the weather, and the water park not being overly crowded. Staff was responsive to requests and offered assistance as needed. I will always keep this hotel at the top of my list for local getaways!

Not worth the price for what we paid. We upgraded to a villa because the standard rooms are outdated, dirty and loud. This place is overrun with local kids who have no common courtesy. The staff doesn't care and it almost seems to be friends of employees. The fireworks were a nice feature but it was not worth the overcrowded water park and parking nightmare.

We loved the beautiful property, and the staff was so friendly! Our room was comfortable and inviting. The water park was fun and relaxing. However, two drinks at the pool for $42 was a lot! We also couldn't bring in our snacks. So we went back to our room every day for a snack. This pressure to spend more money on families is unreasonable. We will consider all of this when we plan our next vacation.

The deluxe suit we booked wasn’t ready so they gave us a different room that I feel was a downgrade and definitely not worth what we paid. The shower tub combo is horrible. For the price we pay they should have a soaking tub and separate walk in shower. I couldn’t enjoy the tub at all. The amenities were great and had easy access to water park and adult only pool. Absolutely no parking near our room and no golf cart came to help us with the long walk to the room.

The water park was fun for kids and adults. Elevators were a bit snappy and needed work to feel and look safe. Our check in was late and our room was weird..conference tables and seating for 8? Breakfast buffet was sub par especially for the price but wait staff (Bob) was nice. Oasis was expensive but you get a lot of food and the were accommodating. We would go again.

We enjoyed our stay at Arizona Grand Resort & Spa. We ate dinner at Rustler’s Rooste and it was very good. Resort provides shuttle and golf carts pickups to get around the property. They also have a golf course surrounding the resort and a water park with slide at the pool.

Had a great time at the resort really loved working out at the gym and the swimming pools were fantastic. The waterpark was a lot of fun. The only concern was how hot the ground got around the waterpark as you definitely need something on your Feet as a ground gets really hot

The Oasis waterpark was fantastic. Our family really enjoyed the waterslides, lazy river and wave pool. Our Villa was spacious and very comfortable. The resort was beautiful and well maintained.

It was very hard to find our room in Sedona in the dark when first arriving. More signs directing guests should be installed. The room was very old and showing signs of it. Faucet in wet bar shoots water out the faucet when on. The bedroom cold water faucet just spins and was hard to turn off. The return air filter was so dirty it was unsafe for guests. Signs on mold on the wetbar. Pool lounge chairs are also very old and don't offer much support.
