Easy to get to from the airport. Star we’re all very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

It was ok. We had trouble with the tv,they did come to the room but it was running. Biggest problem was the maid knocking on the door at 8:30.

I love this hotel, everything was amazing! The check-in was fast, everyone was super nice, the installations were well-maintained, and the gym was great. The food is so good too. I'm marking this as a favorite place to stay in Madison!

Great room, comfortable bed and most important… fresh oatmeal chocolate chip cookies! Great location and close to airport as well.

I can’t believe my room had a window that was unusable. Why would anyone want an “inside cabin” type experience? What is the reason I had to either flash the entire pool area or keep my room with no natural light? Hideous and unacceptable. Also, the coffee/food service hours are not as advertised on your website. No service of any kind between 10/11-4pm? You advertise breakfast lunch and dinner with a Starbucks. Really disappointing and not at all what I expected or paid over a thousand dollars for.

Very nice hotel. New, spacious. Rooms were great. Lobby had a bar, food items and small restaurant. Will stay there again. Price was really good

The room was spotless, the hotel was sparkling top to bottom. Front desk staff was outstanding. Loved the free cookies and bottles of water that greeted us. The wiring of our television set was loose so had to fiddle with it a little but that was the only negative. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and did not cost that much. No free coffee in the lobby however. There was a Starbucks there instead. ☹️ Overall a great stay.

Front desk staff are friendly. Room is clean. Close to the highway. Across the road is a big shopping and dining area. It will be more welcome if the breakfast is included.

Excellent location to stay after a VERY long day on the road. Access to US 39 is a couple of blocks away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking was a mess. Wasted spaces due to poor parking and not enough spaces when the hotel is full.
Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating.

I loved my stay at the DoubleTree. They offered free parking, a super clean room, a comfy bed and pillows, and very friendly service. It's also located close to the airport without taking the main drag, so it's just super stress-free during rush hours. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.
