Clean and comfortable with friendly staff

Fire Alarm went off from 1am until 6pm the next day. Probably fixed now but was not a comfortable stay

The room was very spacious. It had a nice sitting area. if you are tall and like a firm bed the bed was great. However I am not very tall, 5’3” and I like a plush mattress. The bed was so high I had to slide off to get off the bed and jump on to get on. Breakfast was so so. A slightly bigger fridge that works would also be good for a room this size.

Over all it’s good. The only complaint I have is the tv channel selection was very limited and went off line quite a bit. Never had Netflix or prime either.
I never complained to staff because it’s not their fault .

Room was sufficient. Parking is a bit tough on the weekend but there is plenty of space.

We are both seniors with mobility issues. We were told on check-in that there is no proper accessibility so had to walk upstairs to our room. No elevators. Newly renovated but in very poor repair. Why bother to have disabled parking spots if there is no accessibility??? Complained at checkout but it fell on deaf ears at desk. We were thoroughly disgusted with the property and had just come from a Comfort Inn in Huntsville that could not have been better nor more accommodating.

The hallways and stairs going tothe rooms were very old and dated circa 70's high school. There is no elevator so the third floor could only be accessed by stairs . Any body with mobility issues should be sure to book the1st and 2nd floors.

A great place to stay on a budget. It was clean and the hot breakfast was wonderful and very friendly staff. A perfectly nice hotel. There is no elevator so if you are disabled, you need to stay on the first floor.

Friendly staff and the room and lobby were very clean. The staff provided option for dinner restaurants in the area. The downside was the dumpster in the parking lot that had a lot of garbage and old furniture being displayed for all to see.

Stagf ate terrible and tv didnt work which they knew about from the previous.client and did nothing. Phone was broken in the room as well. No accommodations were given told to.sick it up. I have emailed both Front desk mamager and General manager for a refund
I have never had such a terrible stay EVER. Would not recommend this place AT ALL

The building is well maintained. Our room had just been renovated and very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent.

Stayed here a few times this past year. It's nice that it's right off the 400 highway so easy access to get on and off. Like the fact that Beertown is a 2 minute walk away so need to worry about driving anywhere after having a few drinks. The hotel is clean, all the staff we have interacted with have been friendly. Overall great place to stay.

Very spacious and clean room with all basic amenities including a mini fridge, a coffee machine, a work desk and a couch. The complementary breakfast is decent as well. One thing to note is that there are no elevators.

Didnt get 2 Queen beds i paid for. Breakfast was not served at 7am as promised. The wifi did not reach the room.

Nice hotel room for 3 people for such a good price. The room was spacious and clean. The only negative I have is that breakfast was only until 9am, even though the day before when I asked, they said 10am because it was a statutory holiday the next day. They were wrong.
