Stayed for a couple of nights. Easy check-in with my dog. the hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The room was clean with everything for me and my dog to be comfortable. the hotel is well located, free parking in front of the hotel, a tram that takes you to 24h le Mans circuit, and small walking distance to the old city.

Great value, comfortable, and clean. Perfect base to visit Le Mans, with discounted parking right next door. Excellent.

We wanted somewhere within easy walking distance of Le Mans old town to break our journey from the south west of France. This hotel was perfectly located, just across the river. Staff were friendly, especially to our dog, and the breakfast buffet was good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. A very easy place to stay for a night, but we would use it again for a longer stay, as Le Mans is such a beautiful town.

Staff friendly. Good position to walk into town. Has lift and slope for chairs etc. Only issue coming from garage cannot leave without climbing a step.

Initially given the key to an unprepared room (the bed was still unmade and there were used towls lying around from the previous occuplant). When we asked for a new room the check in staff went to check we were telling the truth before giving us a key for a different room.

Very good additional measures in place to protect guests and staff from Covid 19. Friendly staff, excellent location near to city centre. Free parking was very busy, managed to find one space but otherwise would have been full. I emailed in advance to reserve a paid for space in the private garage but received no reply.

Really central & value for money! Bfast was self service - not sure if appropriate with COVID? Helpful staff. Parking outside.

Just a few minute stroll to the centre of town, or just have a glass of wine on the verandah

A building site outside and very difficult to find the entrance. No clear signs and a gravel path leading to the entrance so very dificult do use a wheeled case. The room only had two very soft pillows and we were woken at 8am by building work below our room.

Booked including breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child, but when we arrived we had to pay for the child's breakfast - Hotels.com did not make this clear. Plus, the hotel tried to charge us for an adult breakfast even though it clearly said adult breakfast was for 12 years and above.

Great position and in normal circumstances it would be classed as adequate, although the room smelt strongly of smoke.but having travelled through Portugal and Spain and stayed in hotels in both countries the cleanliness and general procedures around the hotel gave us cause for concern.

Lovely hotel and in a great position. The room was spacious for three of us and very clean. Food was excellent and the bar had a good choice of beers. Highly recommended and I will be back.

Classic Ibis design. Warm and modern. Everything was in good condition and very clean. Staff are very friendly

My husband and myself had originally booked and paid for a twin room and a triple room which were non refundable, as our son our daughter were going to join us. They then were not able to join us leaving us with a room that we did not require. As a kind gesture, Celine, the excellent receptionist, offered that we could have a breakfast in exchange for the room we did not use. It was a very good breakfast too. We stayed in the triple room which was excellent with the third single bed being in a little room with its own door and tv. A very good design we thought. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Le Mans.

Booked as a 1 night stop over was fabulous. Facilities were just as expensive but excellent value for money. Equivalent to British premier inn but classier and much cheaper. Breakfast was good too. Great location right on river with 5min walk into old town. Parking was quite tricky as we had tall 4x4 with roofbox that wouldn't fit in underground garage but there are lots of free spaces around the hotel . Would go again. Family with 4 children.

the hotel is ok, but close to the beautiful and lovely restaurant

Excellent hotel for a stopover, close to old town and river. Secure underground parking, friendly staff and excellent rooms and breakfast for the price. We also enjoyed the meal we had in their restaurant. We will definitely be using this hotel again.

Good size hotel room, after the long journey in heavy rain, we ate in the restaurant, the food was good and our room was basic but comfortable,. Very helpful and friendly staff, would stay there again

We stayed for 3 nights in September 2014. The hotel is quite easy to find and has secure underground parking.The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. We ate each night in the hotel restaurant and the food was good value for money. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful.
