This hotel is in a quiet area, that is centrally located to many businesses. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and they offer a decent breakfast every morning.

Nice place that seemed renovated recently. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Clean shower with a glass door. No curtain lol. Thermostat on the wall that’s easy to use. Great place at a great price point. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We heard loud footsteps and occasional banging from the room above literally all night. Slept terribly. You may not have the same problem (no idea what was going on up there) but don’t expect good sound isolation from your neighbors.
Bed was ok but felt a bit past its prime.
Lighting was an awful grim blue. Might be ok for a work space but terrible for trying to wind down before bed.
Towel had a small hole.
Shampoo and soap dispensers in shower were flimsy and parts fell off and needed to be put back if you weren’t very careful to use one hand to hold the top hinge in place.

The room was nice with a good shower and fridge with a freezer and microwave. One negative was that the internet disconnected every time we closed our device so we had to log back in. The parking spaces are small and large suvs sometimes took up two places but we had no problem finding a spot in our Prius. Breakfast was very good with different egg and potato choices every day.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, but show some age. I had trouble with respiratory congestion from poor air quality (mold? Dust ? Stale A/C filter? Not sure).

The Front desk young lady when we first registered was very professional very customer service oriented. However the Mae Front desk person on Saturday and Sunday was not friendly and in fact was rude. The breakfast Lady was very nice and professional and other staff on the property were nice and accommodating. Great Experience

Beds were comfortable. Strangely there were 2 phones in the room but neither worked. I had to use my cell phone in order to call the front desk for anything. Also I mentioned I had a broken blind. They said they would send maintenance to fix it but never did. Breakfast was ok- a few hot items but definitely not continental. A good place to lay your head down for a few nights but will choose somewhere closer to my destination next time. Also, beware there is no elevator!

Conveniently located in the Atherton and Menlo Park area. Reasonably priced. It is a simple hotel with a simple breakfast.

excellent stay, We really feel secure and we enjoyed de comfort and the good service. Breakfast should be at 6:00 instead of 6:30 since we were attending a training and has to be at 7:00 am. It was not enough time to had breakfast.

Just so you know: there is not much to do in the area around the hotel. But I guess that’s not necessarily bad.

This was a quaint property and a very pleasant stay. We were in town for medical appointments and this was so convenient to Stanford Medical Center. The staff were super nice, the room very clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again. It is on a major street so best to ask for a room at the back of the property.

You get what you pay for. Rooms are horrendous

We stopped here as a breather between two trips and it worked out to be very convenient. Our room was close to the recreation/laundry room- we used both the treadmill and did laundry, both worked perfectly. Plus we were able to park just a few feet from our door which made repacking the car a breeze. The AC was controllable and not loud. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a good experience here.

The hand soap made my hands so dry that I had to buy a liquid hand wash since I was staying for 4 nights.

The people at the reception and in the breakfast room were very friendly. The cleaning ladies did a perfect job. The room was large enough for three people, also the bathroom was large. Very important for me: several USB ports were available, and the WiFi had sufficient quality. Several restaurants and supermarkets were close-by, and also important for me: a bus-stop with connections to Downtown SanFrancisco and to Palo Alto was in front of the hotel.
Due to the very busy ElCamino Real next to the hotel it was rather noisy. The breakfast was OK, self-service. The amount of food was more then sufficient, however, I would have liked a bit more variety- everything was the same (nearly) every day.
