Staff was extremely nice and accommodating, but the hotel was not clean. The room was subpar for cleanliness, temperature, noise, and amenities.

The coffee maker did not work and the USB port on the TV did not function. Other than that the staff were friendly and the location was ideal.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Had dinner at the restaurant within the hotel, food was good. Breakfast was also great. Staff at the restaurant were particularly friendly and helpful.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The hotel is nice. The room however wasn’t great. I booked a king and got two queens. The bathroom door was loud and squeaky waking up anyone who was sleeping. The beds were way too high and the room seemed crammed with furniture rather than decorated. Door number three to enter the building w keycard did not work in the morning.

I had a very nice stay. I had dinner and drinks at the restaurant. The food and drinks were good and so was the service. My room was clean and comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed breakfast the next morning.

We were locked out of room several times. The ended up having to call their on call maintenance man to fix the lock on our door. We sat in the lobby until 1:30am when they finally got the room open. They told us the lock went bad and had to be fixed/replaced. Hotel General Manager told us we couldn’t get a refund or a credit because we booked through Hotels.com. He said all he could do was give us a future 1 night stay at their hotel, which doesn’t do us any good since we don’t plan on being back in Ohio anytime soon. He told us he couldn’t even give us a Holiday Inn credit since they were privately owned.

I was disappointed that the condition of the carpet was so poor. it had a rip in the carpet between the beds that was annoying and also the lamp shade look like it was taken out of a dumpster. How unfortunate as this is my favorite place to stay when I visit the kids here in OH. I love how quite and comfortable the room always in when I stay here.

Very clean room and property. One suggestion: the door to the room my Mom stayed — Rm.138 —is extremely “heavy” / difficult to open. It closed on her shoulder. Perhaps a push button door opener could be installed on some of the ground floor rooms to make them more accommodating for elderly guests? Breakfast each morning was lovely with attentiveness to detail. Thank you for a welcoming stay.

For our two night of stay the room above us was very loud into the night, we did not sleep well at all- we did notify the front desk both nights and the first night nothing was really done about the noise but the second night it was handled appropriately and the noise did stop-

We enjoyed the convenient location and the ease of access. The area appeared to be safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that our entry key kept failing for no reason which required us to visit the front desk three times in three days to get new keys. The property is using old technology and it needs an update.

The whole place felt tired and worn-out. The drain in the tub was backed up and when I asked the staff to clear it, they didn't. There was also mold in the bathroom. The carpet in the room hadn't been vacuumed in a while and the halwways had a musty smell throughout the whole building.
Breakfast was dismal. I tried it the first morning, took a look the second morning and had to pass at that point. Not much effort on their part.
Holiday Inns have really declined over the years.

For me its not always about the facility conditions, when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a smile and was made to feel like we were important to them. This kindness is better and helps me overlook any property conditions. However the property was clean and comfortable.
