Very nice, clean, quiet, affordable. The atrium is so unique. Makes you feel like you are in little Italy with the stone floors. Loved it!

I must say, i was skeptical at the low price & some negative reviews. But, this experience was awesome! Very clean, very pleasant staff, a very unique hotel, beautiful. The atrium area reminds me of a villa in italy. The breakfast was a buffet so i am not sure why peoples reviews said the food was slow. Pool was acceptable. Not deep for older kids but our 12 yr old had so much fun. Upon arriving, the hittub was cold. One of the other husbands went to the desk & advised them. A maintenance man was down within 20 minutes & reset it & it immediately got hot. AMAZING!

We stay here twice per year. We always have a pleasant stay.

Wasn't able to check in until after 5pm, and at that time, there were still only a couple of rooms that were ready to be checked into. However, they did put us into a family suite, so we ended up with 3 queen beds, one in it's own bedroom. There were dirty socks left in the drawer and another pair behind one of the beds, and an unopened can of Pringle sitting behind the tv. The whole place is very outdated, but i already knew that beforehand, and for the price we paid it was not horrible. The pool was nice and warm, but so much chlorine in it that it was all you were breathing in. The breakfast was so so... definitely could be offering some type fruit, and juice other than orange juice. And no ice working in the machines. The shower was a good water pressure, which is always nice. I stay in topeka every couple months, to visit family, so if priced right again, i might stay, but would definitely tell them they need to triple check the room (as we were told the reason it took so long to get in our room was it had to be dble checked before letting people check in) The mgr lady was not nice about the late check in, but the young gentleman was trying to be. She should take customer service skills from him.

Walls are pretty thin, so you hear every word others say. Breakfast was rough - muffin were like really old. Staff is wonderful. They are always full of smiles and checking on you.

Very quiet place. Beautiful inside and felt very safe due to the front doors locking at 11pm

This hotel needs some love. Only 1 working elevator made things very challenging for all the guests. We had showe fixtures from the 70’s that could stand to be updated. Linens were very low quality. Breakfast was adequate but not fancy For our pass through it worked though

Shower was clogged up and saw roach in my bathroom and towels smelled like chlorine one elevator was working but the staff was nice

The room was really nice and spacious. The whole hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great and I was glad they allowed our dogs. Will stay here again

This is an older hotel but is kept pretty spotless by the staff. The young man who checked me in was so patient and kind. It was an emergency stay because of a storm and I couldnt have asked fir more.

The hotel reminded me of a hotel. I visited in a nightmare. The place is beyond rundown. I did interact with two of the Hotel staff who were very nice. Would not recommend the hotel.

Transportation was a major issue.

Nice clean and quite just was no towels in the pool area loved my view

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The floor was not vacuumed, shower shelves were dirty & some towels had someone else's hair on them! The breakfast coffee was horrible. The breakfast was tasteless.

Super friendly checking in. It was very quiet. Room could provided a little bit more luxuries like Kleenex. The shower had a little bold in it. But other than that, it was really good..

Older hotel but great price for an overnight stay on our way from Colorado Springs to St Louis. Very comfortable and clean and right off the highway. Front desk was exceptionally friendly. Made us feel welcome at check in and check out.
