Nice clean and affordable

The place is run down. Smells awful.

Let me start with the positive- checking in with the front desk was great, very professional staff. I wasn’t told about the $75 incidental charge but that’s usual for hotels now. The front entrance, lobby and bar are definitely newly renovated but it appears that they stopped there or either remodeled the front of the building and left the rooms with a lot to be desired. My room was very outdated and simply didn’t match the feel of the front entrance, it was damp with rusted exposed electrical outlets, the fridge wasn’t turned on (it was plugged into an electrical strip) so if I was alone I couldn’t have used it but my friend was handy and pulled it out to turn the strip on. I did read the reviews before I booked but decided that I had seen this property from across the street before so I wanted to try it. I’m sad cause the staff are great but the room belongs in a motel setting.

It was close to where I needed to be and the room was OK, nothing spectacular. What I didn't like is that upon checkin was told the room would only be serviced every 3 days and if we wanted to refresh towels to leave the old towels in the hallway and new towels in a bag would be place outside the door. I left towels in the hallway twice during my 4 day stay and never receive towels in a bag outside my door so had to go to the front desk to ask for new towels. Also, hallways need to be vacuumed as it was evident the halls had not been vacuumed as we found nail clipping in the hallway. Plenty of other hotels in the area, so next time I'll stay at one of the other hotels.

I liked the whole experience.

Looking at the reviews and the pictures when I stayed here, it looked like a decent little stay, not badly priced. It really looked nice. When we got there, there were shady people outside smoking- which has nothing to do with the hotel itself, it really just gave my brother a bad feeling. We checked in and the lobby itself is very nice! So I was thinking we were kind of in the clear. No. The elevator has rust EVERYWHERE. We got to the floor and it was dark, dingy. The hallway carpet was COVERED in dirt and who knows what else. We got to the room. Rust is EVERYWHERE. All on the floors. In the bathroom. There is cracks in the wall. There is mold or just heavy heavy dust bunnies IN THE SHOWER HEAD. In the vents. Then of course, we paid for a 2 queen bed room. The beds were full beds, if even. Which wouldn't usually matter, but my sister and I had to share a bed and could hardly fit. It was ridiculous. We wanted to leave that first night, but we were so exhausted and they were trying to charge us for not even having done anything but stepped into the room. So we just decided to tough it out. We were pretty grossed out but it was what it was. Then we left and spent the whole day out and came back around 9:30 pm. The second I walked into the room there were roaches on the nightstand. I couldn't do it. We immediately packed our bags and left. The man at the front desk was sweet, and it wasn't his fault of course, but I did ask for a refund and they were nice about it.

Nice place to stay everything is walkable

Although our room itself was clean, the hallways and elevator were not. They got dirtier throughout our Thursday to Sunday stay with no sign of anyone cleaning anything. There were buckets in hallways I’m guessing to catch leaks. The lounge closed early because it was “costing them money to stay open” per the bartender. Our room was never cleaned at all during our stay. I’ve stayed here in the past and was impressed. After this most recent stay, I will be booking elsewhere.

I loved the pool and anything I asked of the staff they were very friendly about it. The room was nice and clean. Very good location. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Excellent staff, however the facilities were run down with leaks and buckets on every floor . The air conditioning was broken and the tv did not work . It was uncomfortable . The walls were very thin as we could hear a couple s entire sexual experience from start to finish.

I was not made aware of a deposite prior to payinv on line. Adtwe paying 140.00 i was rold thatbi could pay the 75.00 seposite Nd if i didentbhVe it i would loose my 140.00 no. Refundable reservation. Also will tKe 10 business dzysbto get my deposite back.

Love the lobby but wished the lobby matched the rest of the hotel. Room was ok. Bed space was enough but not the whole room

The hotel staff and grounds were very professional and clean. The hotel maintained a quiet atomsphere during my stay. The only miss for me was that the breakfast options wete very limited....pancakes or waffles would have been great.... Very positive experience

Clean and comfortable although the air conditioner in my room rattled a lot.

Bathroom smelled awful and sink wouldn’t drain. Flush valves they use are horrible. AC did not cool the room.

Floors are dirt, sheets are paper thin. Staff was very nice.

The whole place smelled of weed. The ac unit was leaking water over our fooors. The room was very outdated and felt dirty. Overall, terrible place to stay!

Rooms we clean, air condition and refrigerator worked great. Excellent breakfast offered, wonderful staff and the best selection of cable channels I have ever seen at a hotel (141 in all)

Distressed a bit kinda hotel.

The toilet seat in bathroom needed to be replaced it was pealing and there was no garbage can in the bathroom the walls had wholes in it from were they moved the headboard and they did a poor paint job on the wall the light on the wall moved and it was dusty and when you turned the shower on it came out in the tub too

Some areas where remodeled could have been cleaned up better for aesthetic reasons. Overall, good. Would stay again.
