The property was clean and and welcoming. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing is parking is a nightmare in the area. Valet parking was limited.

Overnight - excellent all the way around but for one thing - no bar soap for sink! But a small issue. This place was a deal.

Fridge was not working. Room was always warm even after lowering AC.

The first night was amazing checking in the front desk staff was amazing it’s the housekeeping staff that are extremely racists and talks about ppl in Latin the breakfast staff is racists too DC has changed a lot the front desk was amazing

The was a great property. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The young lady who checked me in took care of my requests and was very attentive. I’d highly recommend staying here.

This is an remarkable place in an amazing location. Plenty of eats and action if you’re willing to hoof it. Parking was full so parked on side of street.

I had a great night sleep because the bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet but the experience was disappointing overall. The rooms need to be updated and cleaned. I actually found old dirty clothes still in the room from the previous guest. Wallpaper coming off and stains on the ceiling. I asked for a room away from the elevator and was assigned literally the closest room to the elevator.

The air conditioning smelled old and musty, and the thermostat did not work. There were no bedbug covers on the mattress. No microwave in the room as advertised, they did offer to bring one up but it took a while and seemed to be too much work for the purpose. Things in the room were banged up. The bathroom window was a nice feature. No ice maker on thr floor and no vending options. The coffee was good.

Beautiful old hotel! Large rooms… but someone turned off the chiller so for two nights we slept and heated rooms! No one had a clue! Had breakfast and I think a dinner option. The manager of restaurant was a complete jerk! If you brought food back to the hotel…he would not heat in his microwave. The front desk would bring it to their break room after they had told you to take it to the diner! You had no outside seating options so the overflow dining area is where you could go. However…restaurant manager was so grouchy…you didn’t want to deal with him whatsoever! No lunch options…had to walk many blocks to get food! Plus not good options! No ATMs…wouldn’t cash a check…no vending machines…gave plentiful bottled water with an excellent front desk crew! Totally not the type of hotel I’m interested in. Stay closer to the monuments and attractions!

This was a nice place to stay. Very clean but the bathroom was too small. I barely could pass through the door. Nice workers and very accommodating.

No microwave,lots of bugs in lobby, the staff was excellent not enough towels to bath overall it was ok

All the staff were very nice. The internet worked fine for my computer and iPad, but did not support my VR headset. This was agrravating as I stayed at a cheaper hotel close by that had much better internet so I could use my VR headset to exercise.

Other than parking being a challenge … this was a superb hotel. Wish I was staying in DC longer
