Bus boy great counter associates also great got there had trouble every day with the key to my room since first day could not open it boss Boy cannot open it. Neither they put me in another room that room same thing had trouble with the card.

I had stayed in that hotel in the past and they had excellent customer service. This time I was really disappointed. The room had no towels and no soap. I called them twice and they only took a towel. I told the reception I needed two because we were two persons. Then when I took a bath the tub was clogged and the water was spilling out.

The only bad thing is that breakfast is too expensive! But besides that everything was amazing!

The location is excellent for shopping dinning out, staff are courteous, clean facility, great place, thats why i always come back. I did not like the rooms at the garden area, they are deteriorating, old, and need repairs, because the tower rooms, which is where i always reserve, are in way much better condition.

We received an unexpected upgrade which was great. Located in central Monterrey, it had easy access to all major areas.

Check in at this hotel is at 3 pm! Arrived at 4:30 and waited 30 minutes in line to check in. Once I was talking to personnel she tells me it will take 25 mor e minutes for room to be ready. I would have understand if I had arrived way before 3 pm but I got to hotel at 4:30 pm. Once I got to room it was very different from pictures. Restroom didn’t have light, room smelled and one more thing elevator was not working. Don’t get fooled by pictures on website. Place looks nothing like in the pictures. Do not stay at this hotel! We were in room for one hour. Took more time to get room than us being in our room. We checked out within 45 minutes!

Room was a bit outdated. Bedlights could not be turned off in bed but needed to turn off all lights in the room.

I ask for a two bed room and they gave me a room whit one bed and they said they will put a second one and never did

Overall the hotel was nice and clean all expect the pool it did not look very clean had lots of bugs in it and the water was murky,looked lime it isnt cleaned on a daily basis.

The elevator never worked during the entire stay and we had to take the stairs to the seventh floor
