All of the team at the Deluxe Villas were fantastic! A special thanks to the manager Maria and her team - Denys, Lucia, Isabel, Rebecca, Patricia, Adrian. They made sure everything was perfect and worked hard to look after my daughter who requires a gluten free diet.

Love this hotel ! Surroundings are beautiful. I recommend a room with a balcony but I like to sit on the balcony at night. The views are beautiful staff very attentive, private beach area beside Nikki beach which is also great place to eat and drink ! Love this hotel been twice this year.

Good hotel , and good service !

Visitors to property restricted. Had to cancel my family booking in the neighbouring hotel and book one at the don carlos to be able to see them. The discussion we had with the check in desk to sort was then shared with other residents at the hotel. Zero professionalism.

Understaffed. But the staff where amazing and trued there best to work under all that pressure. Very old hotel. Lifts are old. Rooms must be renovated. I found an old stereo that uses CD! Breakfast is always full but again the amazing staff managed to solve this issue. Hats off to the staff. Well done

Property shows its age and rooms are outdated. First time in Spain that I saw carpets in room being used, normally everything tile which is much cleaner.

Outdated and older more of a 4 star property

We spent a nice weekend here. It’s a large hotel with great facilities and extremely attentive and seviceminded staff. The only downside would be that a large hotel like this does not have changing room alternatives when you check out in the morning and your flight leaves in the evening. Being directed to the restrooms seems odd when there a huge areas without people that easily could be converted to facilitate such possibilities.

Concierge Service was excellent. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dining options and decor could use a revamp but it’s ok. Lots of restaurants in the area to eat and drink. Beach club pool area is the best part. Great for families and couples. Tennis amenities are amazing.

Convenient , clean room with comfortable bedding, helpful staffs, near beach, good for swimming with beautiful walkable garden. Loved it.

This place was way over prices for what they offer and the service is terrible. Also the service on the beach is slow and has a very limited menu. Next time we will stay closer to Marbella.

Staying at Don Carlos was an absolute dream. The team was great and the rooms are just lovely. If you are looking to be closer to the party area Puerto Banus, you are about 20 min away. Other than that, definitely recommend!

This is by far one of the best properties and services I have ever seen. Food options are sueprb. Highly recommended. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Dishonest staff, basically to put it nicely, they are thieves. Charged me a full extra room because we had our 4 year old child with us! Imagine, my 4 year old child needs to sleep in. A room by herself!

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, the gardens, pool areas etc were lovely. Reception and housekeeping staff were so helpful. Unfortunately the food and particularly food service was terrible. Brilliant place for bed and breakfast

Lovely staff, but needs a refurbishment

El hotel está muy bien. Cómodo, bien ubicado. Me pareció un poco costoso para el servicio, esperaba un poco más. No hay servicio de bar para las cabanas de la playa y había que hacer cola en el bar de la piscina aparentemente por falta de personal. Alguno de los miembros del personal estaban poco informados sobre sus horarios etc. Cuando hicimos el checkin nos dieron una habitación de dos camas individuales para tres personas. No tenían la habitación lista para nosotros. Tampoco recibimos upgrades de nada por la membresia. Luego han solucionado y hemos pasado dos días muy bien. Debo decir que el bellboy y las chicas de atención al cliente fueron muy amables e informativos. Si volvería sin duda.

I’ve been coming here for 20+ years and yet it’s still an absolutely lovely place to stay

It is a beautiful property, despite the years, very well maintained and renovated

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel knew we were traveling with 2 children and they thought of everything. Gave us connecting rooms and even kept a night light for the children. We would find chocolates in our room every evening. Such a lovely touch. Our rooms were so nice. Very clean and great views! Really lovely resort. Much bigger than I thought it would be. Very clean throughout and beautiful tropical garden. The pool areas were also very clean and extremely friendly staff. The beach was so clean too. There were enough sun beds for everyone, both by the pools and on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort to everyone. We will definitely go back. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable!
