Staff friendly & welcoming. They are always attentive and responsive to our needs. The 24/7 shuttle to the airport has been reliable & convenient and is one of the reasons I keep returning!

We enjoyed our stay, however we almost didn’t stay there. Upon checking in, the desk clerk told us we couldn’t stay since we had a local address. This is a horrible policy, and quite unfriendly. We were wanting to stay for no other reason than the interior of our home was being painted.

We only stayed 1 night, with a late flight into Kansas City and an early morning appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. Picked us up at the airport with no wait at midnight in the cold, then took us to the car rental service in the morning. We expected to be taken only to the airport and then take their shuttle to the car rental service. Transportation provided by the hotel made our trip easy. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We were in town for my husband’s 75th birthday and we had a nice stay! We just relaxed and visited with family there in KC. Everything was great!

Wonderful hotel w friendly and accommodating staff. We travel a lot in many areas of the country. This hotel impressed us. The price is an amazing value, i was suspicious of the reviews.
I couldn't believe it. Thanksgiving the prices are higher and tge availability was slim. So we decided to try this hotel for one night. Upon seeing the condition of the property, we quickly extended our stay for 2 more nights. The hotel is very clean looks new with clean carpet too. Huge Hot tub and pool! Nice courtyard. We will definitely stay again and again. Believe this review it's true! No complaints.
We usually spend twice as much for a hotel of this quality and only get half as much. For example you wouldn't get free breakfast, gated parking or a hot tub! Stay Here!

I rarely write reviews…but I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Very comfortable place to stay. It must have recently been remodeled. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stop for a late night arrival. Good breakfast (but get there ahead of closing time if you want choice). Shuttle driver dropped us at car rental site. Very helpful.

We book a flight with spirit on the Thursday and they cancelled the flight to the day before. So we tried canceling the hotel. Hotel.com contacted the hotel.mutlipe times and so did i. They would not cancel the hotel. The worse thing about it was we also purchased the insurance. Even though we had to change our plans because the flight cancelled the hotel refused to refund our money. The insurance company agi insurance was not help either and did not refund our money. I will never book this place ever again. Your customers are what u need to keep business runni g but this is not the way to go.

The hotel was clean and very nice room. Three negative comments I have: 1. There was a $100 dollar charge for room damage if any that I was never informed of when making reservation. 2. The snacks were in the lobby area with no prices shown, I bought a small bottle of Coca Cola and small container of Pringles, the total cost was $9.50, way to high. 3. Checking out I was not given a receipt, they said it will come from Expedia.

Great Facility, easy off and on the I-29 highway, very clean building, grounds and rooms. Quite, perfect for sleeping and OMG, the beds and blankets were cloud soft and heavenly to cozy into all night!
Front desk were friendly and helpful to a 'T' and breakfast was a very full spread.

This was a great choice for a last minute stay. The property was clean, the breakfast was good, and all of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Connor for his dinner restaurant recommendation!

We needed a place to stay near the airport; this hotel exceeded expectations. Very clean overall, staff were super friendly and helpful, and the 3:30am airport shuttle was a lifesaver.

We had difficulty with reservation because we used hotels.com and because of hurricane did not arrive for first night however we called hotel as well . Kept the second night. The front desk could not tell us much about a refund . We also did not like the way they presented the $100 extra fee if the room was trashed? Which they were not.

Really nice place to stay, but their current employees leave a lot to be desired. They are not very bright and argue with anything you say to them. They have no customer service skills and do not represent you well.

We were in room 706 from 9/13-9/15 and there was a smell near the center table that persisted from entry to exit over the two days.

We had an early flight and then when we returned from our trip we returned very late! The transportation to and from the airport was awesome! Will always stay here when flying. Our car was $7 a day for a gated parking lot! And the breakfast was awesome!

It will be our hotel of choice when visiting in that area. Everything but parking was excellent. When returning after 11 each night we were there we were fortunate to get the last open parking space.
